Great location, charming and fairly spacious room. Really outstanding communication on all aspects of the stay: arrival, visit recommendations, helpful staff, resolving my questions about parking and door locking. Very responsive, human engagement.

Guest House Le Charlot is very conveniently located, close to the train station and a variety of restaurants, and it offers a beautiful view of the lake. The room size was great for two people and included all the main necessities.
Although the room had the main necessities, many of them were in poor condition. The fan was falling apart, the fridge kept leaking water, and the bathroom bin was rusted. Additionally, we could not use the overhead shower or the handheld one separately, as both ran at the same time. I’m not sure why these relatively low-cost improvements have not yet been addressed.
