Amazing location, clean and has everything you need from an accomodation

Amazing location right in the city centre. Its very close to the water. During the summers the view must look amazing. The room we booked came with kitchnette, an additional floor for a bedroom and washing machine. It basically had everything we needed.

The parking situation is very tricky and expensive. We parked at simplon centre and it was about 24chf for 10 hours. But this isnt the fault of apartment itself as we were aware of parking issue based on other reviews

A room in historical centre with the lakeview.

In the heart of historical centre, with a view of Leman lake. Large bathroom and generous size of the room. A few minute walk to the train station. Public transport is exceptional and accessible. We received a free regional travel pass card for the duration of our stay. This card also entitles for museum discounts.

More cutlery is needed in rooms. A corkscrew would be good.

Don’t hesitate!

Julien was super responsive to my message and did his best to accommodate the timing of our arrival. Great location, room and v Bathroom are very spacious and impeccably clean!

On the whole good stay

The location. It was also very quiet.

There was a tinny soap, which broke very quickly. It would be better to have liquid soap in a bottle. There was a kettle, but there was no tea bags, only Nescafé in powder. Furthermore where the kettle was placed there was no socket. If some other sockets were added in the room, it would be better. Finally in the bathroom there was no glass.

Large room with queen bed and large bathroom. Very clean. Hard to locate because we thought it was a hotel with front desk manager and breakfast room. However, we adapted and enjoyed our stay.

Great views and location

We liked the central location. The beds were good but the upstairs space is a little tight for tall people. Great views of the lake and courtyard.

At least 3 lights/lamps didn’t work and the clock was out of batteries. Some more work could be done to improve the lighting. No laundry detergent was provided either. We brought our own shampoo/condition/soap to supplement the small packets provided.

It was awesome generally speaking

The location; it’s in the old town of Vevey but in a small street so noise at all at night. The room was big, there was a small fridge and the bedding was absolutely perfect and comfy.

There was no hair dryer, but it was not a big deal as it was summer time. No toiletries and no courtesy cups were provided in the bathroom. Furthermore there was no hook to hang the towel and finally no extra toilet paper roll was available. According to the staff information it had been put behind the mirror in the bathroom, I didn’t find it.

Stay somewhere else - you will be disappointed with this claustrophobic room.

Very close to Lake Luzern. Off to the left side, we could see the lake from our windows. There were restaurants very close by and lots of places to stroll around. There were also several shops close by.

SUPER hard to find - address given not descriptive or adequate. Hard to access key. Someone should be there to greet travellers. No clothes washer. No air conditioner. Fan was not helpful and no screens on windows so they had to stay shut! We cooked in that tiny room. No plug for coffee maker WTF? No toilet paper. This is an apartment not a 'guest house' - no staff at any time showed up.

Fantastic place to take a break, practice your French and enjoy beautiful scenery.

Beautiful situation right in the heart of Vevey with the promenade, seafront, shops, bars and restaurants very close by. The property was well serviced every day - shout out to the maid there - clean and comfortable. The property arranged discount cards which amongst other benefits gave us free transport on the buses including the 201 to the Funiculaire. I would highly recommend.

Although not the property's fault it is fair to highlight that parking can be an issue close to the Guesthouse with stays as short as one hour only allowed. There are parking houses further away and the public transportation system is excellent however.

We loved Vevey and the location of the room.

The location was great, although realizing it was down a tiny little alley and it wasn’t an actual inn/hotel was a little challenging at first. The WiFi was excellent.

It wasn’t made clear that this was just a room in a building without a reception or guest services. The amenities are very limited. The washcloths were removed after day one and not replaced. There were two coffee cups but no glasses, which wasn’t necessarily bad, but it meant I had to enjoy my first taste of Swiss wine in a coffee cup.

Comfortable stay in a wonderful location.

Location was excellent, by the lake and a short walk into town. Cards for free use of local transport system were a bonus. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful before check-in and provided lots of useful information.

All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Excellent location, close to cafes and about 10 minute walk to the train station. Gorgeous views out of the living room windows, and we enjoyed the little balcony which overlooked the residential area (pretty!). Kitchen had what we needed, we didn't cook while we were there. The washing machine worked great, and there was a drying rack to dry. We traveled with 3 young kids, so did a lot of laundry!

We stayed on a Saturday night, and the 'Blah Blah' bar across the square played really loud music. Not late, until about 11:30, but it definitely kept my kids awake. Be aware there is no AC, and the upstairs gets quite warm.

Very convenient location, a few minutes away from train station and in a very beautiful location, nice neighbourhood. We are grateful that host fulfilled our request for the iron and ironing board. Self-checkin allowed us to check in late.

A lovely visit to a great location

We enjoyed the view of Lake Geneva, the comfortable chair and the larger than average European bathroom. The room itself was spacious with a king size bed. We could walk back and forth to the train station and bus stops with ease. Great location for strolling by the water.

On the hottest day, it was somewhat uncomfortable without air conditioning. They provided a fan on a stand which helped. We closed the curtains during the day while we were exploring as the windows faced west. There is no lift and we were on the 3rd floor so for 75 year olds it was a bit of a slog. This is a guest house and not a hotel so bear in mind there is no front desk from which to glean information. That is always helpful in an unfamiliar location.

Reasonable and comfortable stay with a lake view.

King size bed with nice linens and nice fluffy pillows. Daily maid service. Small refrigerator and a microwave. Requested a received lower level room (100), only 7 steps to haul up our heavy luggage. Large bathroom the tile floor that was actually heated which was lovely. Once we found the guesthouse ( thank goodness for google maps) it was only a 10 minutes from train station to guesthouse…. Keep in mind we are in our 70’s and rolling too much luggage. Room overlook large parking area and a view of the lake. We felt the room was reasonably priced (for Switzerland) and would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Locking your door when leaving, should have better instructions. We finally figured it out after a fashion.

one window on the 3rd floor was defected, could not close and the noisy from the beer event was troubling us to sleep until to midnight. the WC paper was too little to cover even a half day.

Pre arrival questions ignored. Lighting totally inadequate. Stairs to top floor bedroom so steep as to be dangerous especially at night. No instruction leaflets for appliances.
