I was warmly welcomed at check-in. Despite my late arrival and the restaurant nearing closing time, the check-in staff kindly suggested I proceed to the restaurant while they completed my check-in. They even brought my room key to the restaurant. This exemplifies exceptional service! Thank you!

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Very friendly staff (front desk, cleaning personal, people at the bar/restaurant). Big and comfortable bed, very clean and tidy room. Food at the restaurant was really good. Overall a good 2 nights stay, just wish I could have stayed longer.

Great coffee machine... but was shocked that they charged us for coffee pods in excess of 1 / day / person... and @ CHF 2.- per pod its not cheap. Was also not clear that parking was not free at time of reservation... and since there are no other parking options for miles you dont have a choice.

We had booked one night (Dec 31 - Jan 1). Location is very easy to reach right of the autobahn. The hotel is modern, clean and stylish designed. Memerobilia of Charlie Chaplin everywhere as you would expect. Check-in was easy, fast and friendly. We were informed after our booking that there would be no a-la-carte service at the hotel restaurant for that evening (only New Years Eve dinner with reservation). So far so good... Arriving in the room it was rather cold (the thermostat didn't work to increase temperature). I went to fornt desk to ask for a change of temperature but she was too busy and promised to look into it later. It didn't get better. After an hour waiting (and freezing) we went to cafe for a hot tea and a bite to eat only to be told that there was not a single option to eat anything. No sandwiches, no soups, no pastries nothing. Asking for an extra heater for the room I was told one would be brought to the room. (It didn't) I went to get on myself at front desk. and only with that heater and another 2 hours of waiting for the room to slowely warm up, did it become somewhat comfortable. 👍 Then the TV. It didn't work properly, kept turnign itself off and each time we had to go through the reboot to get all the systems working again. This happended every 5-10 minutes of watching TV. Aannoing. Breakfast the next monring was very good. A good selection of high quality foods, good and freindly service. All very good. Won't stay there anymore nor would I recommend.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was great, very close to the highway, there is a train stop just 100 meters from the hotel which takes you to the city center of Vevey in just 6 minutes. The interior was very nice and modern. The room we stayed at was very specious, soundproof, new, modern, clean. Just perfect. There is enough space for parking which costs 18 CHF/day. Food was also great.

The hotel modern design rooms are regular size furniture nice just one thing they don't have AC air condition its just looks like AC but actually its A Fan i requested 2 time to fix it as it wasn't working and i had to open window all night which noisy as location next to highway, about restaurant breakfast was good multi choices but i feel kind of expensive, mostly who stay in this hotel groups, there is parking infornt of hotel private for hotel, if i wanna recommend this hotel for who just want to spend night in as location is good near by highway you can access in out to hotel easier for any trip also near by Montreux abd Vevey Blonay.

Stayed just for one night, beautiful location, quick walk from the train station at Hauteville, but not really near anything else for food options, which is why the restaurant is important there. We didn’t try the restaurant or bar due to our quick stay. Be sure to ask for the free bus card upon check in, the clerk forgot to mention it and we didn’t receive it until I asked the next day. Rooms were excellent, bedding and mattresses lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great hotel with a decent size family room (interconnected rooms). Ideally located for visits to Vevey, Montreux and all that these towns offer (Museums, Castles etc). About 15 minutes drive to AquaParc. Great restaurant on site, but its a bit pricey. Alterative restaurants not far from the hotel and Uber Eats deliveries also possible. Would've given the hotel an excellent score if it wasn't for an unfriendly staff at the check in.

I've stayed here many times, and the reasons to keep returning are clear. Great location, only a short taxi ride from the Vevey Gare. On this occasion though, I elected to walk both ways, it's a fairly challenging walk up but the walk back down is super nice and only takes 25 mins. Rooms are great, beds are great and the food is great. You can't ask for much more

They did however mess up on our room - we got our keycard but there was someone already in the room they'd allocated us, which meant we had to request hypoallergenic bedding again for our new room, as well as an additional towel.
