    Good value for money. It's not a 5 stars hotel but considering the price I think that there's nothing to complain about the rooms. They even offer you a complementary drink with your booking. The staff is very friendly, in particular the lady and the reception and the guy in the restaurant. The prices in the restaurant are very honest and the food is good even if it's probably cooked elsewhere and reheated here - the only downside is that the choices are very limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing though, not many choices and the quality was a bit meh - particularly the coffee was awful. I saw some people complaining about the steep to get to the hotel, which is true, but there is a bus stopping literally in front of the hotel and a train station 3 mins away.

    I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tralala in Montreux. The hotel has a unique atmosphere, is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great place to explore the beautiful town of Montreux. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Yuriy, for his exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, he patiently guided me with everything I needed, including local recommendations, directions, and hotel information. His warm attitude and willingness to help made my experience even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service like Yuriy’s truly makes a difference. Thank you to the entire Hotel Tralala team for a memorable stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreux and look forward to staying here again.

    Here’s the corrected version: We booked three single beds, and while they were shown correctly at the time of booking, upon arrival we found that two were standard single beds and one was simply a folding bed. The curtain arrangement was particularly odd — the curtain rail had been installed in front of the desk, meaning the desk sat between the curtain and the window, making it awkward to use either. The bathroom was also very cramped, with barely enough space to move around, and the shower was even smaller than what you’d typically find on a cruise ship. Noise was another issue, as traffic outside made for a disrupted night’s sleep. On a brighter note, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They greeted us with a welcome drink, and breakfast was enjoyable and well done..
