Pros: * Beautiful view of Lake Geneva, the mountains, and the castle. You can book a room with a view for an extra charge, or simply enjoy the scenery from the terrace near the house. * Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, everything you need is provided. * Tasty breakfast. * Close to Montreux – 15 minutes by car or public transport (Montreux Riviera Card is provided for free). * Friendly and welcoming staff. * Free parking

A wonderful find

This was a wonderful find. Away from the busyness of Montreux and Vevey, with easy access on the local train. A bonus that the train is free when you stay here. Lovely room with a view, spotless, a small garden to relax in, drinks available on a honesty system and a great breakfast. I'd highly recommend staying here. Here's the view from my room.

Perfect stay with magnificent views

Great views on the lake (from mostly everywhere in and around the hotel) Clean and spacious room (we had the Loft), nice interior, lovely ancient but renovated villa, free parking, calm location on the hills of Montreux/Vevey Montreux Riviera Card allows you to use public transport for free (train and bus station is close by) Nice variety of choices for breakfast, we loved the scrambled eggs Easy check in, responsive and great host

Magnificent view and natural surroundings – a truly charming village stay

The hotel is small but incredibly welcoming, set in a very sympathetic and picturesque village. The view is absolutely magnificent – lush greenery all around, with an impressive lake view that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Suzanna is a wonderful host who thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. The breakfast is excellent, especially the omelet she prepares herself – fresh and delicious!

Good stay in a beautiful area

Everything was functional, the bed was good and the host was very kind. The house is situated in an area that has a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains around it.

The hospitality of Suzanne, the view and location. Only I didn’t aware have to take baggage up to the stairs so I have to take the big luggage up and down the stairs.

Fabulous location with amazing views over Lake Léman and the mountains. Beautiful house and very quiet. We had the family room. All very clean and private. I would definitely return and recommend. The private parking area was great for our motorcycles. Lovely breakfast provided also!

The only negative thing was the pillows. Not comfortable for sleeping and should probably be replaced.

The toilet flushing didn't work properly and the rainfall shower was broken. The pillows weren't very comfortable but good enough for one night.

The host Suzanne and her staff were extremely helpful. They went over and above to help us out. The room is was in a lovely position with a nice lake views. A small walk into the town which is very pretty and vibrant. It was an easy drive into Montreux to visit. Breakfast was great. Parking was also good and easy.

Great location if you're staying in Lavaux!

It is a very cute house with a lovely garden, very quiet and a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and the host made sure that we have everything. The parking is just next to the building and easy accessible.

We were a bit surprised that the bathroom was in another room across the hallway which is a bit inconvenient. Also, the kitchen was not as clean as we expected. However, the overall experience was very satisfying.

Good solution but a bit expensive for what received

Cozy and familiar house, appreciable breakfast both sweet and savory, very friendly and helpful host.

Value for money I must admit disappointing, for what paid and the solution received. I enclose photos ... left all the clothes in the suitcases, almost non-existent wardrobe, found in the fridge a couple of open yoghurts from previous visitors, shower with horizontal support 1.5m high, shower feasible only on your knees. No air conditioning, slept a few hours during the night, at 03:00 in the night terrible heat due to the windows that have the darkening directly on the ceiling window, being in the under roof. If you leave them open, light enters from 05:30 as early as 05:30 and the noise of the traffic, trucks, motorbikes, cars does not help you sleep, plus a window without blinds lets in full light.These are all details that can be solved with little effort, but taking into account that we did not have any cleaning during the stay, they are not worth a solution of almost 200 CHF/night

Very welcoming and relaxing.

The lovely hostess made me feel so welcome to her beautiful property in beautiful,peaceful surroundings.After a day spent trekking on the heights it was a pleasure to stroll around the local area to wind down.

It wasn't a problem for me, as I travelled with a back pack,but if relying on public transport with a lot of luggage ,walk down from Tusinge could be tricky(avoid route with steps)!Suggest alight from train at Blonay Chateau for a short walk straight up to La Maison des Copains through parkland.

Superb

We spent two nights here on our way to our holiday in France. The guesthouse is very nice, the apartment is spacious, the view on the lake and the castle is amazing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. We could imagine spending a vacation for several days at this place, because it is a very attractive location with the possibility of many interesting trips.

Great place to stay while observing the neighbouring cities

Everything was perfect about this property - the location, the friendliness of the hostess, the breakfast. The opportunity to play football with our kud and sit with a glass of wine after he went to bed looking at the mountains

Everything was just good, nothing that we did not like. Maybe just a point that the house is not new, therefore soundproofed could have been better

Wonderful view from some rooms

The view from our room There were a few things available to buy,wine,cold drinks and snack bars.

No staff on site,except a girl who came at breakfast. Location on a steep hill and quite busy road. Nowhere to walk to a shop,cafe or restaurant. Very inadequate towels. No bedside table on one side. Not enough pillows. Poor local information, shop opening etc We didn't know which facilities were for shared use, and if we could use milk in the fridge etc. We had been travelling all day on a motorbike and didn't want to get back on it to find anywhere to eat. There was no telephone number for a restaurant. It was also a torrential storm. We didn't think the information on Booking..com was correct as would not have selected an unstaffed establishment with no nearby restaurant or shop.
