Wet basic hôtel. Staff was really nice but it was really warm inside the room and quite noisy as the market was just down the road. The bed was average.

We have stayed at this inn twice and enjoyed it both times. The service was friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to help with any problem. The housekeeping staff did not hurry us. We cannot speak to the restaurant as it was closed for vacations while we were there. The only issue that could have been better was no air conditioning. It would have been appreciated at both stays.

A clean, central hotel with very helpful staff. We stayed in the apartment with basic, tired looking furniture and decor. The shower had an issue but the reception gave us keys to another room with a good, working shower which we could use when we needed.

Area is extremely convenient and room is spacious even though bathroom model is more dated. But window and Juliet balcony in bathroom make it cheerful in sun. Not too many vegan options in Vevey though but good and varied stores around. Check in was very good. Television didn’t seem to work. Overall, a very good stay.

Hotel provided a Basic Room for 2 nites- which was just fine, rate as 3 star plus. Has elevator good for one plus his luggage. Check in easy and polite, staff is good and helpful. We spoke French with them but suspect that at least one spoke English. However Hotels-com booking email showed a kitchen facility stove and dining area, cookware etc and none of this not even a water heating kettle was in the room. Has a small refrigerator. Room was small, expensive and no breakfast included. The hotel restaurant we tried and was good. Nice location 10 mins from railway stn, in old town small streets with shops and good cafes and restos everywhere. Vevey is a good to visit place. Would stay again there.

I had a lovely time in the hotel. Sebastian ( I believe this is the right name), at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I will always remember him. The hotel is in a gorgeous location, by the stunning lake and also in the heart of the city.
