Cadre magique de l'établissement et magnifique chambre.
Nous sommes en Suisse et au niveau du personnel l'amabilité et le côté souriant n'est pas présent. Présent pour le mariage de mon neveu, impossible de réserver le parking à l'avance, premier arrivé doit avoir une place et de plus on vous facture 40€ pour 24h, un peu prohibitif pour le standing.

Prachtig hotel aan het meer, centraal gelegen en mooie kamer
het opmaken van de rekening, rekenden ineens 100,00 meer voor de kamer, weer toeristenbelasting en 4 keer parkeren terwijl we maar twee dagen daar zaten. Vind dat zoiets niet zou morgen gebeuren op zo’n niveau

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Lage super und wir genossen die Klimaanlage.
Defektes Lavabo und kaputte Platten in der Dusche. Kein Aussenpool, man kann erst um vier einchecken!
