Amazing view!

The view from the room was spectacular! Located on a slight hill, it offers views of the townscape, lake, and mountains. The breakfast was good. Not so much option, but really satisfying.

On the first day, I walked to the hotel from the station. The road right in front of the hotel was a steep slope, making it difficult to walk with my luggage. After checking-in, I took a bus to and from the station using “swiss travel pass”. The bus was very convenient to use.

The property is very clean, quiet, and offers a truly beautiful view over Lake Leman — one of its strongest assets. The hotel manager was very nice and helpful, and the restaurant was surprisingly good for a 3-star property.

Comfort was lacking. The pillows were extremely hard and not comfortable, which made it difficult to rest well. In addition, the absence of air conditioning was a real drawback, especially during warmer weather.

The room was neat and quiet. Breakfasts, despite the similarity of their content, were a nice plus. In general, the views out of the windows were delightful.

It was impossible to catch Wi-fi connection in my room (second floor, the remotest one). However, in public spaces this issue did not arise. Please, don’t hesitate to offer your clients the Riviera card. Apparently, if I did not request it from the receptionist, this opportunity would not be even mentioned. Lastly, please recheck your mode of sending salutation/pre-checkin messages: I received it a day after arrival.

Clean, nice small hotel

Room was very clean! View from our room was unfortunately to gas station direction but from breakfast room we could enjoy the view to Alps. There was everything we needed in breakfast. With Riviera Card we were able to travel tai Chillon castle, Vevey funiculare and city for free. Got also discount from Chillon castle ticket price.

On the whole it was good apart from the receptionist’s attitude.

The room was big and the view on the mountains and the lake was smashing. The bedding was good and it was very clean. The breakfast was good.

The person at the reception was very rude. He was upset because I arrived early for the check-in. He hadn’t told me that the breakfast was on the first floor, so when I came at the reception next morning he was again rude and made a comment about the fact he had informed me about it when I arrived, which obviously was not true. I had planned to come again in August, but I cancelled the booking due to the attitude of this person who might be the owner, it’s a pity. I have found another place to stay in Vevey. The hotel is located uphill, not far away from the train station. The bus runs every 20 minutes, so I decided to walk, with a small suitcase it was not really pleasant, but it was not a big deal.

Immaculately clean room. Comfortable. Good restaurant and breakfast. Lovely lake view. Welcoming and very helpful host. We appreciated the city bus pass for tourists provided by the host.

Creepy Room at Basement

very disappointed ! I booked room with mountain view but was given one creepy room at basement — facing backyard (I won’t call it garden) was expecting good view of Vevey only plus point — free Riviera Card

everything !!! they even write “ski at door step” on description which is total lie !! it’s along roadside how to ski even during winter I wonder ?? also need to take bus to town as it’s not walking distance.. super noisy when shower with the pump

Breakfast was advertised until 10am, but we were told it was only until 9:30am. Would recommend they change advertised breakfast to align with 9:30am time stated upon arrival

Hotel manager needs a chill pill

Unfortunately the hotel manager has a very unusual sense of customer service and is quite confrontational. The hotel is nice enough, though as with everything in Switzerland, the price is higher than elsewhere in Europe. I had a nice evening meal, and the restaurant was good.

Reception and the customer service from hotel manager. There seem to be lots of similar comments from others and so im sure its not just me :( Please take on board the feedback, chill out, or let someone else do the front of house work.

Good place to stay

Nice room and a good breakfast . The team is very pleasant and helpful.

Walking to the city will take 10-15 minutes, few minutes by car. Walking back is a bit uphill – not hard – just take it into consideration. Pleasant and quite area. We did not check public transportation options. The team is very pleasant and helpful.

I loved it. I would easily stay again.

Luigi, the manager/owner was a delight. He is fluent in many languages and was kind and generous. The hotel views were amazing. My room had a view of Lac Leman with the French Alps just beyond the lake. morning views or working on my computer in the room were beautiful. Breakfast was included and it was excellent.

location could be more central but it was only a 15 minute walk from the train station. 3 out of 5 in this category only.
