Nice and clean room but lack basic equipments.

Parking, staff, clean

Room was cold despite changing thermostat. No refrigerator in the room. TV channels are a few and super slow to change. TV is super small.

The floor throughout was badly stained and we’re glad we packed a pair of slippers as would have felt unhygienic to walk

Location good as close to the train station

Extortionate charge for our room plus city tax on top three nights stay CHF750 is a lot of money. Would have expected to have a complimentary vanity set like cotton wool, shower cap or even a little nail file but nothing of that sort.

Nice

Modern hotel with modern room next to highway. You have good size of double beds mattress. The toilet and bathroom were huge and separate from each other. The parking space is huge outdoor and indoor. It is not too expensive parking. Short distance to train stations.

I would have preferred a kettle in the room to boil my own water and tea. I also think it is easier if room price includes breakfast buffet.

Dirty, expensive, poor location

Dirty (dirt on desk), no soap in the bathroom (apparently that is “normal” because they are changing system to a pump), parking 18CHF per night, no kettle in the room and herb tea 7 CHF!!!! Poor location and view on the parking lot and the road.

The proximity to the small train to Vevey and free transport. Free water fountain.

On our stay they did’t clean the room. They do that in the afternoon and we were at that moment in the room to prepare ourselves for the concert (MJF period).

Great stay, we will come back

Water dispenser in the floor (sparkling and non-sparkling). Free charge of electric/hybrid car. Very, very pet friendly with a bed and bowls in the room when we arrived. Easy to get in and out of the garage with the car. Very safety place

Everybody working in this hotel was very kind and professional. The reception and also the housekeeper department were very supportive and especially Fatima. The rooms are modern luminous and confortable and the 3 rd floor where I stayed was very quiet. I recommend it indeed.
