I really enjoyed my brief stay here as a stop over to the Black Forest.

Fantastic owners who went out of their way to be helpful. Very picturesque location.

A lot of the surrounding shops close early, which is probably usual for a small town. Just a bit inconvenient.

Exceptional

Relaxing atmosphere, great location and helpful host. On my own as a solo motorcyclist in a single spacious room. Very clean and fresh bedding on third night. Would make a great romantic stay. Hotel food was fabulous both breakfast and evening meals. There eateries a short walk if you want something different. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Exceptional

The property was very clean and the hostess was beyond accommodating. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property. The location is a little out of the way but the shops in the area are quaint and interesting and the scenery with bubbling brook are breathtaking.

Nice local hotel in beautiful area

The location of this hotel is really nice at a small pond. It is on walking distance from the park and has a nice terrace. The breakfast is good with a large selection of bread, cheese and homemade jams, fruit etc. Service is friendly and effective. There is a separate parking lot for guests, which is free of charge. When we arrived we got a free entrance to the thermen for all guests.

The rooms are ok altough a bit rustic. The bathrooms are really small but clean. The beds are rather hard, but for that everybody has their own preference. All in all the hotel is nice but a bit outdated.

Einfach nur perfekt

Von Anfang bis Ende war alles einfach top !!!Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles frisch , vielfältig und liebevoll zubereitet.Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war makellos.Besonders möchten wir hervorheben die herzliche zuvorkommende Gastgeberin , die unsere Aufenthalt mit viel Engagement und Freundlichkeit bereichert hat.Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet . Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen- hier stimmt einfach alles. Dankeschön

Conduzione familiare, cura dei dettagli, ottimo cibo e splendida colazione.

Zona termale abbastanza isolata, ottima per persone di una certa eta' che non amano il caos. Ottima anche per chi ama fare scarpinate nelle foreste. Il ristorante e' stato una sorpresa, cibo abbondante e ben servito, la colazione servita e' stata eccezionale, possibilita' di fare dei panini da portare via, siamo rimasti molto contenti. Wi-Fi ottima, stanze molto ampie e bagno enorme con vasca e doccia. Anche se la reception chiude presto, si ha a disposizione una sala con frigo bar dove puoi consumare e pagare il giorno successivo, piena fiducia da parte dei proprietari che ringrazio.

Qualche piccola difficolta' con la lingua inglese ma siamo comunque riusciti a comunicare.

Eenvoud met de hoogste kwaliteit. Super schoon, het eten was kwalitatief hoogstaand en het prima verse ontbijt werd aan tafel geserveerd met zelfgemaakte lekkernijen zoals jam en walnotencake. Locatie was heerlijk rustig.

Accueil sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner avec produits locaux ou faits maison. Petit hôtel typique et sympathique.

Bien que sympathique, le prix est élevé par rapport au niveau de l'hôtel. Chambre et salle de bains manquent un peu d'aération.

Naturskönt boende med trevlig frukost

Fina promenadstråk, mycket bra frukost med hemmagjorda produkter som serverades vid bordet. Stora rum, som en lägenhet! Trevlig lunch också!

Synd att det inte var servering till middagen, men fanns flera restauranger i närheten. Hela byn verkade också ta kontanter, vilket ställde till det lite för oss!

Schön gelegenes Hotels als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Vulkaneifel

Sehr freundliche Inhaberin, super Frühstück, auch wenn es kein Buffet gab, war das Frühstück frisch und reichhaltig, Brot und Brötchen selbst gebacken, Marmelade aus eigener Herstellung, Wurst, Käse, Eier etc. von heimischen Betrieben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf den zahlreichen, schönen Wanderwegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Kirschen und Marmelade aus eigener Herstellung wurden auch zum Verkauf angeboten.

Das Restaurant hat leider nur noch bis 17 h geöffnet, aber das war im Vorfeld schon bekannt. Es gibt sehr nette Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe.

Heerlijk verblijf

Weinig hotels getroffen die zo schoon zijn, zowel van binnen en ook alles buiten. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en altijd een vriendelijke glimlach van de dame die de kamer schoon hield. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en wordt uitgeserveerd aan tafel. Zakjes liggen klaar om wat mee te nemen voor onderweg. Hoe aardig is dat ! Het avondeten is allemaal vers en smakelijk. Wel rekening houden: de keuken sluit erg vroeg in de avond. Uitstekende bedden, wat minder kussens. Wij hadden de grootste kamer op de bovenste etage met 2 heerlijke fauteuils. Met 30 graden buiten, met ochtendzon en middagzon in de kamer, was het zeker niet te warm in de kamer. Advies: wel de jaloezieën dicht houden. Geen lift, 4 trappen omhoog, dit is goed voor de conditie. Het hotel is rustig gelegen. In het plaatsje zelf is weinig tot niks te beleven. 10 minuten met de auto en je zit bij de Moezel. Een ideale plek om even tot rust te komen en lekker te wandelen of te fietsen.

Waar het hotel helemaal niks aan kan doen: het thermen bad was dicht wegens onderhoud. Dat was jammer met deze warme dagen.

Goed voor één keer, maar ik voelde mij er niet op m'n plaats. Ik houd niet van spaarzaam en pover !

junior suite was goed, bedden lekker, kamer eenvoudig maar alles was aanwezig, TV stond in het salonnetje, indien je een extra TV wou in de slaapkamer moest je 4€ per nacht betalen, doosje met 5 tissues werd toen het leeg was niet vervangen ! alles ademt gewoon zuinigheid uit. Indien dit je niet stoort zult je hier een fijn verblijf hebben.

Het avondeten was duur, één blinde vink met veel saus, een slaatje en puree was 27€, en niet heel lekker, de asperges met schnitzel 32€, wel lekker. Er waren maar 3 tafeltjes bezet. Het ontbijt was ook aan de zuinige kant, ieder 2 broodjes (geen croissant of koffiekoekje) klein beetje lekkere jam (indien je meer vroeg kreeg je het wel) en 3 soorten beleg. Dus wel voldoende maar zeker geen overdaad.
