Exceptional

Beautiful building, simple but very clean and spacious room comfortable bed, and a suprisingly gourmet breakfast in an elegant hall. The garden is also nice with a running brook. Amazing!

Nice service, kind people - good breakfast, nothing too fancy, but exactly what you expect from a classic German hotel. Close to the Spa facilities and the Mexican cocktail bar.

Lovely hotel in quiet little town, great breakfast

Large room, quiet area, comfortable beds - slept very well, nice seating area, nice small balcony overlooking a little park in front of the hotel, Great breakfast with hot and cold options, very good variety of foods, very tasty, with a number of different lovely crispy rolls

The bathroom was relatively small + had a slightly musky smell, One little minus point to the otherwise excellent breakfast: from day 3 of our stay onwards there was no more green tea (we asked, but none available) - so we had to bring our own.

Has lost its former glory

The breakfast staff and check out staff were very friendly and helpful! They clearly weren’t at fault. However we will not stay here again as it was very stressful at the end of a day of traveling.

although we nu indicated that we would arrive between 19 and 20:00 there was no one at the reception. We phoned two different numbers provided for 30 minutes without any response. We were about to leave when we received a call from the manager. We were able to get a key to our room from a locked box outside. The next morning we were charged for parking, which wasn’t indicated at check in.

Tasty, fresh and varied breakfast, with lovely staff helping out and making conversation. Friendly desk staff and parking behind hotel. Nice garden, the calming sound of the creek audible in our room. Fair price!

Loved it

The breakfast was so nice and diverse. I really enjoyed the breakfast there. What also made it more extraordinary were their nice and lovely staff.

Pillows were too soft. We were there during the hottest days (35-37°C), the room temperature was tolerable but the blankets were too warm.

The hotel is quite and relaxing. The room/bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and worth the visit alone. The thermal baths near the hotel makes easy access. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pizzeria near the hotel is great

Magical

The property is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The nature, river and the easy access to the unique thermal made my experience unforgettable. The staff were super friendly and available to all guests. My room was in great condition and i could hear the river in my room which helped me to relax and sleep better at night. The breakfast was fantastic! as they mentioned they get all the ingredients regional and fresh from the farmers near the hotel. I will definitely come back and visit this beautiful spot more often. The hotel has these nostalgic furnitures and corners as it used to be occupied by nuns. The energy is definitely positive and warm.

Could have been worse - but a lot better

Location ok. Breakfast not too bad

Took me 12 minutes to find someone to check in with . During check in hours. Paid for parking but one night could not get a spot. So paid somewhere else again. Water stains/paint coming down from ceiling. Single pillow per person.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Extremely clean rooms and delicious food. Had the best sleep. I recommend to leave the windows open to hear the river and breath in the fresh air.

Ich würde es wieder buchen! :)

Ich buchte das Hotel, weil meine Frau und der Kleine in Bad Bertrich zur Kur waren. Fußweg vllt. 8-10 Minuten zur Sonnenberg Klinik. Das Zimmer war sauber und hell mit ausreichender Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war wirklich klasse, alles frisch und lecker. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage zentral im Ort war super, man konnte von hier aus einige Erkundungstouren starten. Für mich war das ein super Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank :)

Zentral im historischen Hotel

Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Man kann sich zusätzlich für eine Eierspeise entscheiden, die frisch in der Küche zubereitet wird. Der Blick mit dem rauschendem Bach aus dem Zimmer mit Balkon super.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Aufzug ist 1953 installiert worden, funktiniert aber. Es ist ALLES abgewohnt. Das Hotel wird hauptsächlich als Fastenhotel genutzt. Bad Bertrich ist im Januar ausgestorben. Keine Geschäfte und die Lokale sind geschlossen.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft

Das Kurhotel Quellenhof ist ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Hotel im Zentrum von Bad Bertrich. Von meinem Balkon hatte ich einen fantastischen Ausblick. Im Zimmer stand eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein,bereit zur Begrüßung. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Serviceteam ist sehr umsichtig und freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Vlak bij de thermen was super. Een prima uitvalbasis om de vulkaaneifel te bezoeken.

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk. Het personeel zeer behulpzaam. In de beschrijving stond dat de kamer om de dag wordt gereinigd maar dat was elke dag.

Thee op de kamer was prima maar oploskoffie was alleen verkrijgbaar via een automaat. Dat was wat jammer.

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk.

De douchekraan was enorm gevoelig. Bij het minste geringste beweging van de kraan was de douche verbrandend heet. Dus dat was even schrikken.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem ruhigen Hotel.

Obwohl das Haus offensichtlich aus der Mitte des letzten Jahrhunderts stammt, hat es mir an nichts in dieser Unterkunft gefehlt.

Die Teeauswahl bei Schwarzem Tee ist sehr eingeschränkt, auch wegen fehlender Teekännchen.
