The view is amazing.

A bit of a walk up the hill but worth it

Stunning views, beautiful pool and large veranda with loungers & seating area. Large open plan lounge/ kitchen area with large glass doors to the veranda and view. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. The outside areas are well kept with a lit stepped path taking you down to the road, it’s either a 10 min walk into the town for food/ shops or cross the road & it’s a 5 min walk to the beach. Kit and her team couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, even organising a taxi to pick us up from the port & also to take us back. We’ve loved snorkling on Koh Tao and have been to a different beach most days. Fabulous holiday for a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers.

Lovely large villa, with large rooms, exceptional views and private infinity pool.

Very isolated with no facilities on site (we did know this before booking). We were also aware of being on a steep hill. However you need to appreciate the hill is of ski slope proportions. Not a problem if you have transport. We didn’t and with a young family was a bit of mission. We did use their recommended taxi who was very responsive and quick.

The property had a fantastic view of the beach.

The property is located up a very steep hill. The climb up from the beach is challenging in the heat.
