Beautiful villa with very helpful hosts.

The villa is simply, but stylishly decorated and very comfortable. The garden is also lovely, with several places to relax. Yada and Coral were both very friendly and helpful too.

Great value for money.

Great to have your own space and the plunge pool was a great way to end the day. Having cooking facilities was awesome too. Rosie and Belynda were really helpful with recommendations on activities and restaurants.

Great spot in Koh Tao for a family of four

You can walk from the villa but a motorcycle is highly recommended

Basic accommodation, but good value for money.

The Villa was spacious with nice layout and very clean. It was in quiet location with 10 minutes walk to Main Street with many shops and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Sareen beach.

The air conditioning in the main bedroom was too loud at night so I could only sleep with earplugs. We were provided with only one towel per person and they were not changed during our stay which was three days. The towels were dark grey colour and had unpleasant smell.

Fantasic stay

We absolutely loved our 5 night stay at Chalisa Villas. The villa itself is modern and very spacious. It is also in a great location less than 10 minute walk to Sairee Beach with great restaurants and bars nearby. Rosie was such a fantastic host and provided us with so much information about Koh Tao. Having arrived early morning on the overnight ferry, Rosie kindly booked us a taxi to bring us from the port to the villa. She also had the property ready for us to check in early and get some rest which was very much appreciated. Complementary drinking water was provided and a bike rental service is available through the property which were nice touches 😊 thanks again Rosie for hosting us!! 😁😁

Perfect spot for a family.

Far enough from the noise of downtown but close enough, which was perfect to relax after the hard days of diving course. The place is spotlessly clean and Rosie was the perfect host.

Wonderful place

Everything's was perfect! The host was so available anytime, we had such a great time enjoying the pool. The rooms are beautiful, very clean and there is all you need to have a good stay! Soooo nice décoration and perfect location close to sairee beach! Thanks a lot for everything 🙏

Nice private pool villa

Location. Market 1min away, 10min walk to shops, restaurants. Beach 15min away on foot. Spacious villa. Nice pool to cool off and decent size also. Separate AC in every room. Whatsapp communication with the owner.

Loud neighbors with kids in the second villa (in the morning). Shower head is very low, so if you are above 165cm it will be cumbersome to shower :) Checkin issue. The villa was not cleaned when we arrived. The owner was not aware of the situation. So we waited for two hours in front of the villa for the owner. I suggest you get direct number of the owner before arrival, to sort such things quicker. The owner did solve things propperly though - she was also shocked that it was not cleaned :). She gave us compensation for dinner wich was nice gesture for the mixup.

Exceptional

Everything about the villa is exceptional. It's large, comfortable and with all of the amenities you could need. The pool and outdoor area is amazing and everything is only a short walk away.

The electricity and water went off for a good few hours during the middle of the day. We had planned to relax at the villa and cook for ourselves - we were unable to do this, so it made our stay a bit uncomfortable. However, we appreciate that sometimes these things are out of the host's control.

Super place! The host made us feel right at home and couldn't do enough to help us. Clean, spacious, everything worked, lovely stay.

You'd probably realise from the pics but do note the pool is one to cool off in, not swim (very far). It's a 7 min walk (more with kids) to the nearest main beachy bits and quite dark at night but this wasn't an issue for us.

Relaxing. Loved it.

A nice one-bedroom house with a cute small pool to dip in. Everything is clean and comfortable. Host was very friendly and helpful, got us some ferry/bus tickets when needed.

Maps.Me and Google both have the location a bit off so it was a bit hard to find. Rather follow Google than Maps.Me this time.

Confort des chambres / salon fontaine à eau / café / thé : frigo Shampoing / gel douche Location de scooter en face , très sympa on recommande, possible de réserver un boat petit supermarché 10 min de la plage / centre la piscine a le mérite d’exister

Environnement bruyant, route avec la circulation Proximité avec un dépotoir devant la maison Maison assez sombre, extérieur sans charme ( nous n’avons pas mangé dehors ) et jardin pas entretenu. Nos commentaires sont en rapport avec le prix proposé que nous trouvons élevé par rapport aux prestations de cette villa.

Super logement.

Logement super. Rosi a été incroyable. Grace à elle nous avons organisé notre voyage a merveille. Elle est d'excellent conseil et surtout incroyablement organisée. Nous avons pas trop profité de la piscine à cause des moustiques mais la taille était suffisante. Et le logement tres propre. Fidèle aux photos. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Rien. Quelques travaux avaient lieux proche du logement du coup pas mal de déchets proche de la maison mais ça elle n'y est pour rien. Et 2 jours d'affilés le réveil du voisin qui a sonné 30 min non stop a 6h du matin, l'isolation n'est pas très présente mais a part ce réveil la le logement est très calme.

Elegancka, przestrzenna willa, położna w niedalekiej odległości od plaży Sairee. Cicho, spokojnie, w zaledwie 7 minut pieszo od głównej ulicy, na której znajdują się sklepy, restauracje i bary. Dodatkowym atutem jest mały basen.
