If you have any mobility issues this could be a problem. The property is accessed by a very steep incline and lots of steps! The closest beach is private and chargeable at 300 bht pp. Unfortunately we experienced quite noisy building works directly next door. Sadly we were unable to sit outside for one day!

The perfect spot for a more private and luxurious stay!

Amazing spot with a view over Shark bay, even better than in the photos. The owner of the villas was more than helpful, and had a lot of tips. Any request was accomodated almost immediately. We recommend to rent scooters to get around the island, they were delivered directly to the villa.

Perfect Villa for 6

The Villa is absolute blast. Having that pool and the property all for us, pure dream! One of the best beach of the island is just 10 minutes walking.

Felt like home

We spent the best three days of our vacation through Thailand staying at this beautiful Villa in Koh Tao. Paky and her team made our trip incredible!! They took care of us 100% at all times making sure that we had everything when needed; taxi, motorbikes, boat, ferry, even they prepared a beautiful decoration for my girlfriend’s birthday!! A carefree vacation in paradise

As part of our honeymoon, we had a wonderful stay here (5 days) and enjoyed every moment of it. It’s a bit away from the main road/villages (that are in the west of the island). But scooters can be rented directly at the villa and with these it’s just a 10 mins ride. Especially the view is like from a vacation advertisement and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, Paky is a true gem :)

Young family 4 nights in Koh Tao

Unbeatable view over Shark bay which has pristine golden sand. Lovely infinity pool and two spacious ensuite bedrooms. Comfortable for a family of four. Paky was incredibly helpful and taxi service was readily available to take you all over the island.

Amazing view and relax

It is great and amazing view from the room and drinking water, the infinity swimming pool, the cleaner does great job everyday, Netflix, free internet, close to the shark bay (walking for 10 min), the size of room. we loved it.

The facility is a bit old, the swimming pump was broken after 6days stay, so there were many dead insects. AC is working but loud. I asked the cost of shark bay before coming and the response was 'free', but realistic is if staying the beach, no matter how long, 100B/person. that's why review score is '9'., sorry...

Amazing flat, amazing view, everything was absolutely perfect. They picked us up from the airport, explained everything for us. The flat is on the hill so you have a beautiful view but it's a little bit away from the supermarket etc. You can rent a scooter and they will bring it to the flat and will catch it there as well.

The unobstructed view was amazing! I just couldn’t stop staring off into the view. The plunge pool was decently deep —about 5ft deep and was well maintained. We were able to get a massage in the room. Being able to have food delivered and the keurig coffees were awesome!

It was quite far from any restaurants so you have to pay a taxi quite a bit to go into town or Sairee area for food, drinks, bars.

- the view - the Villa is perfect - we liked the details, like the free drinking water via a water filter, two snorkeling masks, etc.. - the Villa is a bit off the beaten track, so own transport (Scooter) is recommended, but beware of the steep road :-) - the staff was supernice. Tom, the Manager is always available and helps u out with everything.

Amazing

Location was amazing with beautiful view. Gorgeous beach was just a few minutes walking. Tom, the host was super welcoming and helpful and was full of good tips. He helped us finding good places to eat and good things to do. I totally recommend! Also, they have a restaurant called Cafe del Sol and the food there is second to None!

We stayed in villa Eleadora and it was simply beautiful! Host was super friendly and provides eggs, cereal and toast for your first breakfast. We also got delivery from the owner’s restaurant, cafe del Sol, which we would highly recommend - the Thai food was delicious and the baguettes were good for lunch too if you just want to chill at the property! You can also see a full sunset from the pool which was a highlight for us and it is around a 5 min walk to shark bay. A great location to base yourself on Koh Tao if you have a scooter. It is not possible to walk to town from the villas (it is a very hilly journey!) so if you don’t have a scooter you are looking at a one way taxi around £10 to the main strip of restaurants on the beach.

As noted, I wouldn’t recommend if you want to be able to walk to bars/restaurants but just rent a scooter or pay for the taxi - this place is worth it!

The Property Manager Tom was waiting for us at the port and provided transportation to the Villa. We got a brief introduction to the area, fridge full of basic items to cover our needs and menus for home delivery from two restaurants in town. The view from the Villa is stunning all day long and the sunsets are spectacular. There are some steep hills around the Villa providing an excellent opportunity for a daily exercise and Sai Daen beach is in a walking distance with crystal clear waters and a beach bar. The Villa was very clean and serviced daily. It is suitable for a long term stay as well, quite and private, just as we needed. If we needed anything Tom was a phone call away. Overall a fantastic stay!

- incredible view of sea and beach from villa - villa has everything what is required and very comfortable to stay - big balcony with table, infinity pool, parasol - full service of all required: food delivery, contact with villa manager for any topics, ferry services, motorcycle rent, taxi service - privacy at the villa - most outstanding is the service thinking of Tom, the villa manager. We contacted him sometimes for some topics and he took care of all points requested and in time. We felt taken care of and were sure that this was the right place to stay for our vacation
