If you have any mobility issues this could be a problem. The property is accessed by a very steep incline and lots of steps!
The closest beach is private and chargeable at 300 bht pp.
Unfortunately we experienced quite noisy building works directly next door. Sadly we were unable to sit outside for one day!

Luxury villa with a nice pool magnificent view to the shark bay.
Not so accessible, the villa is up on a stiff hill. The nearby beach has a fee to enter it.

Amazing spot with a view over Shark bay, even better than in the photos. The owner of the villas was more than helpful, and had a lot of tips. Any request was accomodated almost immediately. We recommend to rent scooters to get around the island, they were delivered directly to the villa.
