The property was a great size with multiple areas to sit in groups. The location was also great and the top terrace has incredible views of the bay. Tony was a great host with lots of experience with scuba diving, he pointed us in the direction of a fantastic tour company for snorkelling.
The sliding doors didn’t work great they could really do with someone looking at fixing them. Also, a cheap smart TV would be a good addition, the current one there is very old and was unusable. A couple appliances in the kitchen were a bit faulty. All issues were minor to our trip.

An excellent location - within 15 minutes walk of the beach/main part of town, although I'd recommend getting a motorbike still. The pool and top floor of the villa has incredible views and there's some floaties for the pool which is also great. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is strong. The house is large and generally in good shape. This is a great place for a group to stay.
My main complaint is no air conditioning in the living rooms/common areas other than the bedrooms. This can make it pretty unbearable to spend time there on Koh Tao's hot and humid days and nights. Additionally, the lighting in the bathrooms (especially the second floor one) is extremely dim - there's just exposed wiring in both bathrooms where the mirror light should be.

We as a family had a very nice time in the Viking House. Tony and Verica were very helpful.
Very nice view from the swimming pool and roof terras. The house was very neat and clean. Owners are very nice and knows everything from the island. So ask them advice.
It's a small walk (15 minutes) down/up to the beach-area, but that will keep you healthy.

Peaceful and relaxed stay with a family
We spent a 2-week holiday with our family at Viking house in the beautiful Koh Tao. The house was spacious and absolutely wonderful. It also had everything we would need. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay. The hosts, Tony and Verica, were super friendly, helped us in every way and answered to every question we happened to have. They also helped a lot when some of us happened to fell ill. The top floor terrace had a beautiful view far to the sea, and we enjoyed spending time there every evening.
