Secret Garden Eco Pool Villas

Amazing location with good sea view. Great service. Staff is always available. The hill to the property is pretty steep but that didn’t bother us!

The room (we booked the smaller room without patio/pool) was pretty crammed and not enough space to store your clothes/belongings. For this amount of money I would have loved to have a little more space. Other than that everything was lovely :)

Der Ausblick vom eigenen Pool war einmalig (besonders zum Sonnenuntergang). Der Service ist unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Es gibt einen Shuttle-Service in die Stadt und zurück (einfach per WhatsApp Anfrage). So kann man auch ohne Roller im Ort essen gehen oder shoppen. Auch ein Roller-Mietservice ist unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.

Wir mussten 5 Nächte aus dem Koffer leben, da es keinen Schrank oder ausreichend Stauraum gibt. Durch die Türen, die nicht ganz schließen, kommen Tiere rein (z.B. Mücken, Kakerlaken) und wir mussten 4 Nächte mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen, da der Lärm der Partys aus dem Ort auch bis Tief in die Nacht hochschallt. Das Frühstück wurde zur Wunschuhrzeit gebracht. Die Eierspeisen haben uns nicht besonders geschmeckt und das Brot war trocken. Die Pancakes und das Granola war okay.

Wunderschöne Pool-Villas mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Hier kann man richtig abschalten und die Zeit zu zweit genießen. - Frühstück wird ins Zimmer gebracht - Das Hotelpersonal insbesondere die Inhaber sind ein absoluter Traum!! Sie erfüllen dir jeden Wunsch und sind immer super nett - wirklich bestes Hotel in ganz Thailand ( wir waren schon insgesamt 2 Monate lang rumreisen in Thailand)

Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber: Beim Frühstück könnte zB zum Rührei richtiger Toast gebracht werden statt die Weißbrot-Scheibchen Sonst NICHTS!

Despite being partially screened by neighboring accommodations, our villa offered a nice design and lovely views. The highlight was our private pool—perfect for relaxing after exploring. The comfortable bed and well-stocked shower with quality toiletries enhanced our comfort inside. The staff truly distinguished themselves with their warmth and attentiveness, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. We particularly appreciated the convenient, complimentary golf-cart transportation service (though it's only until 9 PM), which perfectly addressed the location's positioning. We enjoyed the breakfast, with three distinct menu options offering remarkable variety and quality.

Our honeymoon at Secret Garden Eco Pool Villa was so disappointing we left after 2 of our 4 planned nights. The property sits on an extremely steep hill that even their golf carts can't fully access, requiring difficult uphill walks to rooms—completely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Located 20 minutes from town with no taxi access to the complex itself, guests are effectively stranded. Cleanliness was poor—garbage bins without liners and breakfast waste left on floors for hours. Poorly sealed windows and doors without screens allowed cockroaches, mosquitoes, and geckos free entry. The "beautiful" open shower created constantly wet floors while connecting directly to the outdoors, ensuring bugs were ever-present. Privacy was non-existent with staff visible through bedroom windows while we slept or dressed. Pool cleaning happened at 9:30 AM regardless of occupancy, construction noise was constant, and the bathroom vent was extremely loud. Essential amenities were absent—no slippers, chairs, tables, luggage storage (suitcases sat on wet shower deck floor), or mosquito netting. Service failures included late breakfasts, no indoor dining during rain, unreliable transportation, and unannounced power outages. Management acknowledged these issues and approved our early departure with partial refund.
