Great private villa, clean, lovely pool in a quiet but excellent location.
Amazing private villa hosted by a very helpful and knowledgeable guy (Rich). Its very clean, great location - quiet area but only 5/10 mins walk to central Sairee. Private pool is lovely to come back to on a day and it has all the facilities you need to self cater/eat in if required. Would highly recommend.
Very picky, but the pillows were very high. Obviously not a deal breaker.

A really great place to stay, will always stay here on any Koh Tao visit
Everything especially hostess Rosie who did her utmost to accommodate any request, she organized hiring scooters, taxis to and from pier, ferry tickets. The location of the property is perfect - quiet enough yet close to walk to a variety of eateries etc. We all enjoyed the pool and sala area very much

A perfect stay!

Neat and comfortable. Kind staff. We had a good time in this private house, like home ! Except that we have no pool at home (and not often sun neither).
Some evenings the sound system from the beach may be annoying (drumbass)
