This is an absolute gem of a property, we stayed for 1 week in December( a couple and 2 adult children) and it was absolutely perfect. The location is brilliant, really safe and calm, it is 10 mins walk from a beach, shops and restaurants and it’s the perfect base to explore the stunning island of Koh Tao. The outside seating area and infinity pool really sets the villa apart and we loved spending time sat outside amongst the tranquil views and the bird song. The villa has everything you need for the stay, alongside extra thoughtful touches such as toiletries, extra towels, loads of fresh drinking water ( we didn’t need to buy any at all), tea, coffee and milk and lots of masks and snorkels which are a must for beach visits 🐠🐡. Sustainability is important to the host and we really liked that. Nat the host is exceptional and she really can’t do enough to help, communication was excellent, coming to Koh Tao from Koh Samui our boat was 30 mins delayed and Nat was in contact throughout the delay, to ensure we got picked up as soon as we arrived, she sent brilliant recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and was in contact regularly during the week to check if we needed anything. Kitti the taxi driver was brilliant and his service was so easy and professional and meant we got to see several different beaches during our stay with no fuss- thanks Kitti ☺️. The whole experience was 5 star ⭐ and we all agreed that Tropical Villa is superb value for money and a holiday to remember. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Nat. 💕

There was nothing we didn’t love about our whole stay. We all like walking so didn’t mind the hill up to the property, but for some people they may want to take taxis every day (Kitti makes this really easy and cheap ) or scooters - very easy to hire - everyone uses them.
