The place is in a superb location. It's very quiet yet only a 15 min walk into Sairee cross-roads, where there are plenty of food places to choose from. The pool is lovelly
The property is actually quite difficult to get to - If you're not confident with motorbikes (you regularly see holidaymakers seriously bandaged up after bike crashes in Thailand......), then it's either a walk or taxis. Walking to Sairee is up/down the steep hill from the villa (5 mins) and then down the side of the main road for (also 5 mins), which is a bit dicey, but fine for food and beer in the evening. Most of this walk is actually down the beach. Alternatively, and certainly for further distances, you have to get taxis. This is super easy to arrange, but there's no Grab on Tao and it's a bit of a price fixing cartel on the island For example, one day we went from Banana to Mango View, then onto Tanote, then back to Banana. This cost us about 2000 Baht. Of course, you'll pay it, given that you've travellled all this way, but it's somethng to be aware of and set your own expectations accordingly.

Great view to sairee beach
Mattress was comfortable
Great outside seating area
Waterpressure in the two downstairs rooms was awful, hard to shower at all.
The curtains in the master are too bright, so u wake up with sunrise
