Location and surrounding area. Privacy second to none. Quirky entrance. Spacious. 10 min walk to sairee beach.
Only thing I would say which is not a negative, however some guests may need to be mindful of the staircase e.g. small children or elderly.

Scooter wasn’t ready the day we arrived, First scooter had breaks, second was in an bad condition, scooter and taxi aren’t included in the booking price what could be accepted for this price, toilet upstairs was clogged after we checked in. the staff fixed it he second day but we reclaimed it the day before, we did a laundry and didn’t get or laundry bag back, unusually service for Thailand.
overall a good experience though
