Stylish, bright, cosy, tasty 👌

Very nice and stylish place! We spent 6 days. Amazing people, tasty breakfast with fantastic self made jams. Full of light, clean place, great views, quiet (the church bells are far away). Easy walking distance from lifts (appr 10 min). We enjoyed staying here a lot! Huge thanks to the owners 🙏

I would just suggest adding slippers and shoehorn.

We had a good stay at Boutique Skipass Superior Hotel. The staff were kind and attentive from the moment we stepped in - shoutout to Ina for helping us so much throughout our stay. The breakfast was yummy, and the hotel and our room were beautiful and well-furnished. Thank you to the owner for also being so kind to taxi us to our next destination! We had a good time here!

Great hotel and impecable service

Everything was great! Comfortable bed and great shower; the a la carte breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Great views of the mountains from the room’s balcony. All in all a great experience!

Beautiful spot for a mountain escape

Beautiful modern rooms and comfortable bed with great mountain views from the balcony, great location in town, superb breakfast and lovely service - would definitely recommend!

The rooms are on the pricier side in comparison to other hotels in town, but also very modern and comfortable, so worth it in my opinion.

Friendly premium feel hotel. Comfortable facilities and large spacious room and bathroom. Great mountain view and balcony. Superb breakfast and coffee. Staff were very helpful sorting a glitch we had in our itenary mix-up

Stay here, you won’t regret.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully kept, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — we slept so well, that we even did not hear the thunderstorm outside. The location was perfect, with lovely views and close to the city center with many restaurants. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with plenty of delicious options, all beautifully served. What truly stood out was the staff — always smiling and welcoming. Overall, an excellent experience that we would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area.

It is just small thing, but my opinion is that if property has its own parking, it would be nice if it is free of charge for hotel guests (if it is not garage or located in historical centre with limited options ;) )

Nice hotel with a few issues affecting comfort.

Clean, upscale and convenient location. Nice breakfast and staff.

Upper floor rooms are in the eaves of the building so no windows really, just skylights with shades. One did open. Couldn’t sit up to read in bed due to slope of roof. No air gap in bathroom floor drain so there were sewage smells that were partially masked with some sort of other scent. Covering the floor drain with the metal waste can helped.

Great hotel with lovely rooms, friendly staff and amazing breakfasts!

This is a great little hotel. Immaculate rooms, supremely comfortable bed, friendly staff and one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had anywhere. There is also a bus stop right outside so very convenient if you don’t have a car. The private sauna area is also a lovely feature.

A real gem of a hotel which is as good as it gets!

Everything superb from start to finish. Room very spacious and clean with quality fixtures & fittings. Beautiful view of mountains with balcony. Air conditioning was vey effective. Breakfast was excellent. Service was very friendly, helpful and professional. One of the best hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in many! On our last day we wanted to visit the Alpine Ski centre but it was a long wait for the bus. The kind lady on reception actually drove us there. You can’t get better service than that!

Just perfect!

Excellent location, wonderful staff very helpful , happy and well informed. well appointed rooms, balcony with an amazing view. Beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Beautiful linen and bathrobes, L’Occitane toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very high quality, beautifully presented and delicious Thank you for the most relaxing stay- we felt very spoilt.

Cozy and relaxing stay

Most of the staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautifully styled. The breakfast tasted delicious and fresh. It is conveniently located next to the bus stop.

The reception agent practically refused to fix the main light in our room after we told him that i’d doesn’t work and we needed for it to be fixed- we reminded him again. He said he’s busy and will check it whenever he has time, to which he never did. We requested someone else (the owner i believe) the next day he assured us and followed through with fixing the light.

Very comfortable family run hotel

A family run, luxury hotel in an ideal position to explore Kranjska Gora and the surrounding area. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and they have a great knowledge of places to visit nearby. Great choice at breakfast. Recently refurbished rooms which are very comfortable to relax in after a long day out

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, beds were amazing!! Prize was a bit much for a small room, however the experience overall compensated that a bit. Breakfast a la carte, also very nice!

Anytime again.

Our stay was more on the spontaneous side. Because it was the off-season we almost had the hotel to ourselves. The staff was really helpful and amiable even though we didn't really look like the usually 4 star hotel guests with our backpacks and dirty hiking boots. They tried there best to make a really great vegan breakfast. I'm pretty sure they would be best prepared (with plan based yogurt or some other alternatives) if we said in advance we would like to have a vegan breakfast. They really care for their guests. Sauna also was great! Would come again!

Cute family winter getaway

Cute boutique hotel in the center of Kranjska Gora, just a few minutes walk to the ski slopes. Very friendly staff and a very good restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel
