Staff is really friendly and welcoming, bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the hotel is pretty well furnished with a lot of amenities as a seimming pool, a sauna, restaurant, a gym.
As italians to us breakfat was good but a bit poor of chioces.

Super, super ... vom total netten Empfang die Mairianne, bis zur erstklassigen Service-Managerín und dann zum ... aber mal so richtig toffem CHEF - auch persönlich empfangen, unsere 2 Harleys in TG abgestellt ...top Halbpension - top BETREUUNG .... alles liebevoll .... einfach zum sich voll Wohlfühlen!
Das ist halt noch österr. feinste Hotellerie ..... ein so feines VITAL-HOTEL..... mega klasse Sauna-Bereich, klasse voll sauberes u. sogar Geräte geprüftes Mini-Gym .... wir haben in nur EINEM TAG, aber mal so alles genutzt und werden wieder kommen!!! Danke euch Dreien und >>> Asche auf unsere Haupt: Wir leider der 4. Person der Reinigungs-Kraft vergessen ein Trinkgeld da zu lassen > werden wir beim nächsten Mal nachholen

Es war sauber und das Zimmer sehr groß!
Es ist alt vom Interieur über die Ausstattung! Personal war zwar freundlich kann aber kein Deutsch! Der Kellner konnte gebrochen Deutsch! Musste drei mal nachfragen bis ich wusste was er mir sagen wollte! Keine Klimaanlage! Zimmer sehr heiß! Konnte kaum schlafen!
