The Location is geat, Breakfast is excellent with a very large Variety od ingridiens and food,The roots, despite the hotel being oldfashion, Are spacious and very comfortable, super clean and tidy, and aove all - Great staff!!! Ready for any help and any question always with a smile.

There was no coffee Corner in the room. We asked the receptionist and she immediately sent us a kettle and cups, but no coffee or tea. We bought some at the supermarket and everything worked out.

Didn’t appreciate the attitude

We were sent to a different property because despite the warning that we were booking “the last room” the hotel was closed due to its emptiness. The other property “Apartments Vitranc” were clean and spacious. Breakfast was in a different hotel but it was nice too.

I didn’t like tricking us into “the last available room”, considering the emptiness of such. I didn’t like how the property handled it telling us the last moment and even blaming us for not telling them in advance that we are traveling with a pet. (The hotel was dog friendly and we couldn’t find a written policy that we should announce the per specifically). Also we were promised a Mountain View but all we had was windows of another building.

Good hotel in a great location.

The location is great and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic.

I stayed in this hotel before and I really liked it, that’s why I came back. The only thing I was missing and I wrote this the first time as well is a kettle and some coffee or tea in the room. As the hotel has four stars that would be a really good addition to the room, especially when the hotels abroad all have it. It’s really nice to come to the hotel room in the afternoon and have a nice tea or coffee.

We would definitely stay here again

The hotel was in a good location, the room was very comfortable with a balcony and good view, the hotel has an indoor pool, the staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was brilliant and catered for all. I was particularly impressed with the cleaner on our floor she was like Superwoman and no stone was unturned.

Good location near to shops, restaurants. Easy entry carpark. Good breakfast included, and buffet dinner was very good (we paid extra for this). The room was comfortable and reasonably roomy. Staff friendly. Great swimming pool.

We booked a double bed but got 2 singles. The fridge didn’t work and they couldn’t supply a replacement. There was no air-conditioning (it was quite hot at night) and when I tried to call reception about this I found that the telephone was unplugged. Swimming pool showers were too hot and attendant could not fix this.

This is our fifth time staying at this hotel, and we are delighted once again! The location is excellent, the food is perfect, there is a huge parking, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

The pool is a bit old and the wellness is not at the hotel, is on Ramada and you can use only the pool not the sauna... the pool from Ramada is also old.

The pool closed at 7pm. We arrived at 6:50pm so didn't get much chance to use it.

Great location, great services

Breakfast, size of the rooms, comfort of the bed, TV was nice, view from the balcony, access to the pool, access to the massages for extra price.

Rooms could be inspected a bit more in details before they are handed over to the customer. In the bathroom one of the most important lights didn't work and the shower was stuck. But at the reception they helped us and the same day they fixed the issue.

Overall very good. The furnishings were a bit old and outdated, but everything was clean. The sink in my bathroom did not drain, but it was fixed right away after I let reception know. Breakfast was amazing.

nothing much to say about hotel as such, but location to ski slopes was wonderful.

great location, just walking distance to the ski slopes.

pool area is average and extra charges for the towels. when one pays around Euro 150 per night for room, charges for pool towels is just not done. the staff at the pool was also friendly, one could see she could understand and speak English but was not forthcoming. Felt almost racial, may be I am wrong but one could not help feeling.

position. lift across the street. breakfast - choice ok

I am disappointed . reservation via booking included a room of a higher standard, but I got a room with a view of the roof, a fungus in the bathroom, an empty container for washing gel. small pool, teenagers fighting in it, it was impossible to swim normally. towel and bathrobe extra payable. when leaving the receptionist -despite the promises, did not even unlock the ticket for departure.
