Nice hotel, right on the freeway yet very quiet and relaxing place.

Dinner and breakfast were fine, nothing fancy but easy to get to while in the hotel. Good location and still very quiet.

The mattresses in the double bed were different, one was higher and harder than the other.

Old, outdated hotel with lots of problems!!

Nothing!

They put us in Room 112, only to have us discover that the electronic lock wasn’t working. The desk clerk was able to open it with a key, but couldn’t give us a key. She had told us that they were completely booked, but after discovering our lock not working, she “found” an empty room, although it had separate beds. We took the room, as we’d been traveling all day and just wanted to rest. Next, we found the TV remote not working and had to go to the front desk to swap it out. When I asked for a refund or complimentary breakfast for all the hassles and lower category room, she told me to contact Booking.com, which is almost impossible to get a response from. The owner collects very eclectic art that is displayed throughout the hotel. I think he should put more money into his hotel, as the furniture was circa 1960’s or 70’s, no A/C, extremely poor WiFi, NO refrigerator, shower head was extremely poor, etc, etc!! He might rethink his selection of art, as some of it could be considered Sacrilegious (see attached pics).

The room was lovely and roomy, lovely and warm, and extremely quiet, despite being located along the motorway. I didn't hear a thing all night. The food in the restaurant was great too. Plenty of traditional dishes. I had the Kärtner Kasnudeln" delicious!

Nice and comfortable room, slept well although it is near the highway the room was quite enough.

Very poor concept of breakfast, you have to ask what they have, what you can order, no offers from the stuff. On a second day, more people came on the same time a we had to wait very long time to get even somethink to drink, more longer for the meal. You don't want to spend half an hour just sitting and waiting for a breakfast...

The service was excellent. We have spent there one night only, but I have to say it was a very good choice. Comfortable and clean beds, spacy bathroom with a tub, helpful staff. I was sceptic about a hotel situated in the raststation, but this one is very good. Recommended! Ahoj

Excellent

Very nice and spacious room. Quite with great view on the mountain. Great lighting's in the bathroom with additional mirror. Available parking, good restaurant. Personal on reception is great on your service ready to help with informations and solutions(day and night shifts). Definitely will stay again.

Curtains are not completely dark so have a long sleep in the morning isn't comfortable. Rooms next to the forest are darker but good dark curtains will be excellent.
