We stayed a night in Villach whilst travelling from Italy to Venice. The hotel was superbly located for us - opposite the train station. Everything was easy and good. Comfortable, clean, friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Very good value and we would stay again.

Enjoyable stay, help

The studio was very spacious, comfortable climate (some hotel rooms are so hot), big bathroom all the facilities - kettle fridge hairdryer.

Maybe one more pillow for the bed and if longer stay a saucepan.

A home indeed, in a super location

Just opposite main train station but quiet, spacious, warm and comfortable. Lovely kitchen, helpful with top functioning Miele washer and dryer. We really enjoyed the home-feel yet being in a convenient location from the Old Town and train station. Staff are awesome hosts for the city!

Perfect location for sightseeing. Close to train and bus station. The city center is reachable in few minutes. The hotel is modern and quiet. Our room was really comfortable, large and clean. 100% appreciated & recommended.

One night in Villach

Very nice location, close to Hbf and city center. Very clean structure and rooms.

I called the hotel to ask for support for my family that was staying there. There was no hot water available and we wanted to have some info on why and when it would be back, or if the room could be changed. Calling was useless and the water came a couple of hours later, at 10PM, so quite late…

Lovely large rooms and living area with firm extremely comfortable beds. Washing machine available on site. Very close to the train station. The robot cat helping at breakfast was very entertaining. The staff were lovely and helpful. Great selection at breakfast.

Very good location in the city center. Rooms are spacious, new and very clean with comfy mattresses. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Breakfast buffet could be bit more resourceful it but was definitely sufficient. Would definitely recommend

Huge room with seating area. Excellent location at the station and a very short stroll into the centre. Very friendly staff. Brand new hotel so everything was new and clean. Soundproofed rooms. Service area on floor 3 with washing machine and dryer, iron, vending machine, eating utensils. No problem to leave luggage at reception. I arrived early and in exchange for showing my train pass I was given a free coffee whilst I sat in the lounge using the wifi.

There was only one small towel in the room but I found a bigger one in the service area so I took that. The pillow was too soft for me but that's personal preference. Some washing powder for the washing machine would be great - even if you added some small sachets to the vending machine?

Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, Rührei aus Trockenei hergestellt, generell nicht besonders hochwertig. Service beim Frühstück verbesserungsbedürftig.

Relax a Villacco

Struttura pulita e in una buona posizione. Personale davvero disponibile e professionale. Buon rapporto qualità- prezzo. La cucina in camera é davvero comodissima e poco frequente (se non inesistente) negli hotel quindi un punto in più per questo.

La colazione aveva poca varietà ma comunque buona.

Struttura molto bella, pulita e ben organizzata. Personale attento, preparato e molto gentile e disponibile. Nulla da dire a riguardo.

Non ho amato molto la colazione. C’era pochissima scelta per chi non fa una colazione salata. Altra nota dolente il parcheggio, quello coperto dell’hotel costa 24€ al giorno, un po’ troppo.. I parcheggi in strada, nelle vicinanze, erano davvero difficili da trovare liberi.

Ci siamo trovati molto soddisfatti sia per l’accoglienza e la gentilezza dello staff, che per la stanza che era bellissi

Struttura moderna, vicino alla stazione e al centro. Pulitissima sia la nostra camera che il resto della struttura. Erano presenti tutti i comfort possibili.

Unica nota che posso aggiungere è che purtroppo sarebbe stato comodo se in reception nel kit di pronto soccorso ci fosse stato un termometro per misurare la febbre dato che ci siamo trovati ammalati all’improvviso ed era una domenica, quindi le farmacie erano chiuse. Ma oltre a questo piccolo dettaglio era tutto più che perfetto!!
