Very nice motel in the centre of the town at reasonable rate.

Beds good, room clean, Hot water good, large room with a bit of a view, Coffee machine but no fridge. Hotel is pretty central in the town with plenty of restaurants about. Breakfast was superb.

Air conditioner and fridge missing, restaurant and bar closed on Sunday which was a bummer. Bar is pretty spicy on the price. No parking at Motel but in a garage across the road which cost an extra $15 per night which is not mentioned.

Good location and comfortable hotel

The rooms are modern and clean. Beds are comfortable and you have access to good basement parking. This is particularly useful when it reaches 35+degC.

The gym is limited and not sufficiently cool. Training there during summer is nearly impossible.

Great Location

The room was a standard hotel room, with very posh feeling lobbies and restaurants attached. The staff were very helpful to let me leave my items and shower after some trail running downstairs in the spa before I traveled. They were so kind.

I had such a quirky request, to use the sauna in the middle of summer, but it was hard for them to help me out. They finally managed in the end, but the process was a bit odd. It was a strange request from me, so a strange response felt fine.

I did not stay there, as the room looked bad, I asked for money back, but they said no. I left.

The rooms are outdated and the bed is made from two beds that were put together.

Comfy and well located hotel.

Excellent position and very good breakfast. The personell has been kind and efficient. The room was clean and they provided a good cot for our baby.

We choose the hotel for the restaurant service since we have a little baby and having dinner in the hotel would have been more practical for us. Unfortunately the night we stayed it was closed, and we've been informed about it at our arrival. This has been really an annoying inconvenience, and the hotel have informed us in advance. Another point to work on: the heat in the room was really too much. We turned it off immediately but it was really terribly hot, we even had difficult in sleeping.

Good value for money

This hotel’s main feature is its location, as it’s only a 5 min walk from the train station and a 2 min walk from the city center. Price is decent, and makes it good value for money

Soundproofing is not perfect. I could hear next door neighbours talking. I was also placed in front of the lift, so could hear guests coming in and coming out. Also, a double bed is really two singles put together- which is not ideal as I could not sleep in the middle of the bed- too uncomfortable

great place with friendly personnel (even with my arrival 20 mins past midnight) and fantastic breakfast, loved it

all was just perfect, I moved from 4 star hotel Seven into VOCO, because Seven 4 star hotel did not have anyone at the reception to let me into the booked room which was confirmed reservation . Job excellently done by VOCO!
