Nicely taken care of all details

Accomodation is very well maintained. Traditional old building, nice and clean, and looking like new. It's very close to the lake and the skilift, and to the only restaurant in the village. Staff is very friendly, helpful. Owner takes care about all details, she is friendly and always have a nice comment and smile when meeting. Breakfast has good selection of everything, even as a vegan i found plenty of things.

We liked everything, villa made a nice impression at booking as well, but reality is above expectations.

Highly recommended

We had an excellent stay at this accommodation and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and always willing to assist with any request. We especially appreciated that they allowed us a late check-in, which made our arrival much easier and stress-free. . The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was diverse, fresh, and very tasty, with a wide selection of options. The location is excellent, particularly for skiing, as the accommodation is located right next to the gondola. The property also offers a heated ski storage room. Additionally, there is a large number of parking spaces available. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this accommodation again in the future.

Very cozy and super convinient if you go skiing.

Staff is really nice and makes you feel really welcome. They even pulled out a little celebration for the guests since we stayed there at new years’s eve. Location is super convinient (3 min walk to cable car).

Very friendly staff, well located villa, perfect for the active rest

This place is truly special. Villa is old, beautifully restored. Our room had a great view on the lake. Villa has their own sauna and private spot near the lake which was really cool. Located near bike paths, running paths, really cool. We travel a lot and this is one of the best places that we have ever been.

Only thing which gives me anxiety is the fast road located in front, so with a small kid I need to make sure that gate is closed.

Most pleasantly surprised

The accommodation is "in the middle of nowhere" according to the map, but everything you need is within a 3-minute walk - restaurants, a cabin cable car to the mountains, a private beach or a free train connection to the centre.

Perfect stay for an active vacation at Ossiachersee

The Hotel is in superb location, equipped with everything You would need to have a great active holiday. (Hiking, biking, bathing ... etc.) Breakfast is excellent and with great selection from local producers. The private beach on Ossiachersee is something really special and offers full comfort for relaxing. Staff was always very friendly and helpful and special thanks to Angelika for her kind help. We will definitely go back here again, if possible.

Excellent stay, totally recommend.

Great location (one resort was literally just around the corner), excellent service, a great apartment, and a reasonable price. There was a dedicated space to store skis and skiing shoes. Sometimes the internal parking was busy and you had to park outside the hotel but there was a dedicated parking area as well. I will come back here for sure! Note: If you plan to come with a dog, you will be charged with an additional fee of ~9-16EUR, depending on the size.

Marienhof is literally next to the gondola and has a peaceful and homey vibe! We loved it!

Big terrace with a lot of light, location (both ski resort and lake are next to us), personnel, house vibe with ornaments from years ago, kids playroom, everything was calming and there was even a fire place in our living room ☺️

A lack of younger people and content. In general Gerlitzen resort is visited by people with children, teenagers and 50+ y. This is not surprising, so not a minutes for us.

Warm, cozy and professional.

The hosts were friendly and professional. The location is really amazing, it takes less than 2 minutes to get to the cable car on foot! The property was quiet and very clean. The breakfast was warm and there is a lot to choose.

Location was perfect, 1 min from Kanzelbahn. We got a house instead of the room and it was really perfect. Nice view on the lake from rooms balcony, little yard in the snow, fireplace... really nice! Everything was clean and beds were very comfort!

Great value for money! comfy place, friendly staff, 1 min from gondolas

friendly and kind hosts who speak english and german! the house is like one minute from the gondola. we got an upgrade to a house and it was very clean warm and comfy. great value for money. and you can leave your car parked after you checked out to ski the entire day. I recommend this to anyone!

Superb

The staff is exceptionally helpful , easant and informative. The room was as advertised, clean , comfortable bed and a rasonably big bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, a simple spread of quality food. All in all a great experience, well worth the price.

We only stayed for one night. Impression was a good hotel with some extra facilities like the sauna (didn't use it but other guests did)

We didn't see any staff on the night we arrived. The key was lying on the reception. First contact with staff was in the morning.

Cozy place near a lot of outdoor activites.

It’s position: only some steps to the telecabine, only some steps ttill the lake, waterfall journey was doable with 5 years old children by foot from the accomodation, restaurant available also in the nearby. The place is clean and cozy, it was exactly what we were looking for.
