Great access to skiing in this clean hotel

The rooms are super clean and well divided. Breakfast is not that big but the quality and taste are really good. The products were fresh and the service was superb.

The location is very good for skiing in gerlitzen but there's nothing around the hotel.

Excellent location, superb breakfast and service, clean, comfortable room

Easy to park, lovely welcome at reception on arrival, bright room with good storage space, excellent information in the room, comfortable beds, super clean hotel, superb breakfast buffet, the choice, food and breakfast service all first class.

The powerful water pressure was great but the shower design could not cope and the entire floor flooded. Dinner, food and service were disappointing. A shame as otherwise the hotel was a 10.

Grateful Visitors

We chose this hotel as the best halfway option on our trip to Germany, and we were not at all wrong. The hotel provided us with all the comforts we needed to rest before tomorrow's long journey. What's more, it made us regret that we couldn't stay one day longer to enjoy the beautiful landscape, nature, and the surrounding area. The offer of food for breakfast was so extensive that it reminded me of the most luxurious hotels I have ever stayed in. Absolute recommendation to everyone, although the price may be a little higher, but with a reason.

I was forced to sleep in a folding bed, which was intended to be used by my child, and simply did not match my weight, so I had minor back pains in the morning - but this comes as a result of our decisions and not the hotel's offer.

Modern. Spacious. Free garage parking. Good food. Friendly, helpful staff who speak good English.

The only problem is the TV. It is a good quality Samsung smart TV. However, foreign and domestic travellers can only watch what the hotel provides. It does not have inbuilt Netflix, etc. The system is also arranged so that you can not change the source. That means you can not use your own firestick to watch your favourite programs - Netflix, Prime videos, YouTube, etc. It is also not possible to 'cast' from your smartphone. . This is very old-fashioned in todays technically modern times.

Nice rooms and good sizes rooms. Great bed and nice standard of rooms and bathroom.

I think maybe we where in bad luck. After 24 hours of driving, we decided to make a stop af Hotel Seven because of the good reviews. 2 Rooms booked, and t checkin we couldn't get the ekstra bed for our kid as promissed in one room. The bed was not clean in one room, and still had makeup and hair in it. Ordered 2 caesar salad, and the salad was rotten :(. When approaching the reception with the matter, both restaurant service and reception didn't step up to address the matter. Also lack of service at the restaurant when trying to order from the steak grill. It must have been really bad luck for us that evening. A manager tried his best the day on check out, and was really appreciated.

Overnight stop in Villach

We received a friendly welcome, the hotel is modern, clean and fresh. We were travelling by motorbike and there was free secure parking in the garage under the hotel. The restaurant serves 5-star level food with excellent service. There wasn't an English version of the menu, but the head waiter spent time with us and patiently translated the options.

The staff was polite and nice. The of the hotel was easy to reach .pluse it was tidy and clean. The breakfast served with various good dishes.

Really good for a short stop over

We stayed for 1 night while on a trip from Salzburg to Slovenia. It's really close to the highway, and yet it's very quiet. Free parking either in their garage or on the open parking lot. Very helpful staff, which after a call, prepared our key cards and left them in a safe box near the entrance (for later than 10PM check-ins). Also an amazing free breakfast with really tasty and diverse menu (even a fresh juice machine, how cool is that!) Very good value for money!

Despite being a 4 star hotel, room feels a bit outdated and also there was a noticeable smell of sewer in the room. Other than that, everything was great!

This is as BAD of an experience as it can be. Worse is impossible. WHY? I booked a room after 10 hours of travelling from Davos, CH, 1,5 hours waiting in the queue, booked a room at Seven hotel at 10 pm got confirmation at 10 pm and rightly estimated my time of arrival between 11 and 12 pm, and once I got to the hotel (11.38 I guess) was closed, parking bussy, no sign of closed but doors locked and once I finally got attention of a waiter who pretended to help, made a call (yes no I don’t know) than after loosing half an hour being entirely washed out, dead tired I had to leave and make a search for another hotel at half past midnight. lovely activity you really enjoy after travailing whole day , but luckily there was a VOCO hotel (The real 4 star hotel) that made my night. thank you VOCO for saving me from this miserable experience with Seven hotel VILLACH.

Worth it!!

The breakfast was perfect!!! The room was modern, the bed was comfortable and generally it was really clean both the room and the hotel! If you have a car and you are going to villach you should stay there! Good price for good stay!

We also wanted to try the dinner but the day that we visited was closed.

Nice and cozy, would recommend.

Very nice, tasteful and various breakfast with professional and warm staff. Interior of common areas also nice, and decorated with style. Hotel is located at great location, just at the edge od Villach but close enough to reach everything- center, highway, ski resorts. Hotel has parking and garage.

Garage mechanism is not practicle - to opet the garage you have to step out of the vehicle and open with room card by yourself. Sound isolalation in the room could be better- you can hear noises from outside (cars, garbage storages). Value for the money could be better.
