Nice place in a quiet area of Villach approx 10 minutes walk from the railway station Written Instructions for check in were very clear & easy to do at the machine on the day There is a kettle/tea bags/microwave in reception for quests with a coffee/snack payment machine there as well Good size comfy room Good WIFI

Flashing light by the check in machine/front door needs fixing Hot water too a while to come through Lots of little steps to watch out for as no lift

Stress free and comfortable.

Single room was modern and fairly spacious, nice shower. Automatic checkin procedure was simple and quick. The receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me contact friends in Villach after a mobile phone issue. Reasonable distance from railway station. Drink making facilities in reception.

Small issue, maybe state drinks facilities available in reception in instructions in room.

Superb

Brand new, fresh, modern, clean premisis. Common area with free coffee/tea. Nice staff. Great position very close from the city centre. Open space in the single room with no door between bedroom and bathroom. Room very warm.

Self check-in not smooth. My pin code at door was not valid. I had someone to call for me as I had no connection in my phone. Once I got new code I was in, but it took 20 minutes in the winter night, and got lucky enough to find and ask random local people to get helped. Scary moments. Bed Too soft and stuck under the window, with head touching the radiator.

Squeaky clean and surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a short stay. Not many amenities for longer stays. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wish there was a bit more available like a simple breakfast or laundry. But really a nice stay.

Entirely satisfactory just for a place to sleep.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. As I arrived about 10 p.m. and left at 7 a.m. the next day I needed nothing more.

The entry system did not work first time and I was lucky that there was a staff member there to assist me.

Clean apartment close to the city centre

The room was very clean, and we unexpectedly got a private bathroom which was very clean as well. The bed was very comfortable and it had a soft mattress. The room was very close to the city centre. The slef-check in was very convenient.

Since the room was close to the street and the city centre we could clearly hear the cars outside.

Surprisingly fun and unique family room for an affordable price

The attention to some details made for a very unique and fun experience. The design of the family room was impressive to make it comfortable and yet still include all the necessary facilities.

The smaller separate toilet was a bit small...either a smaller door or a sliding door would have been a better solution.

In my room, the shower was in the room itself and the toilet was across the hall. Would have been nicer if it was the other way around.

Good overall stay:)

Stayed for one night as passing through the city. Was very clean and the 24hr check in was helpful. Didn't have any contact with the staff but we weren't there for long anyway so can't comment on that. Very comfy beds and a good stay overall!
