Great location in a cozy apartment, convenient keyless entry

Great location in the city centre, very cozy and modern style with most important facilities included. Doors are opening by a code so no keys required. There is also a free parking few minutes by a walk over the bridge.

There is no wooden ladle or spatula for pan, and missing salt. However I am sure if I'd ask for that, they would bring me some, but it was last day in the evening so I did not mind. So it's just a recommendation to add these items and check the salt or pepper for restock. In the evening also some people were knocking the doors but this is not something the owner can influence. The last day of the check-out, the cleaning service came 5 min. earlier so they pushed us a little bit, but I was just on the way out with last bags.

Good except for parking

Location was great

No parking, we parked right out the front, took all our stuff upstairs which took about 20 minutes, getting in and unpacking a bit and we got a 25 euro parking ticket. Emailed line house about it but have not heard back from them

Quiet close the the main town.

We booked this apartment back in January (six months ago) They had on parking in the description, we were later told that parking was full, and we needed to use the multistorey a few minutes walk away. There was lots of space round the back of the apartment building, It was not clear who it belonged to. On Sunday most of the parking is free. The apartment has not got a reception so everything is done by messaging and passcodes, why can't this be sent in advance?. Our room was up two flights of stairs and no elevator in the building, so if you have mobility issues, you have a problem. The room was very hot and only a broken fan to cool it down, (it did run but could not be fixed into place) The curtains were way to small for the windows.

Great and warm place to stay near the center

Love the location, we had no problem finding parking. It was very clean.

Drain in the shower was a bit cloged so after 3 minutes showering we had to watch so that water does not spill over the shower floor.

Superb

Honestly this place was just perfect! We were only there one night but I would happily stay at another limehome property after experiencing this one. The room was spacious, I imagine the facilities would be perfect for a longer stay and the location was only a stones throw away from the main station we arrived at. There was a TV with Netflix so we enjoyed a late night movie and the beds were super comfortable. The cost is a little pricier than other options but I think you get what you pay for!

I did have a little panic only getting the entrance codes on the day of arrival but I understand why that would be needed for security reasons. Obviously you don't have a classic check-in experience as there is no reception which I imagine may be odd for some travellers but we had no issues, I can't comment on the staff as we had no issues at the property and no need to contact them. Also, no aircon which wasn't particularly fun in 30 degree weather but there was a fan provided which did just fine.

I will never book with Limehouse again. I don’t like the digital check-in. I find it cold and impersonal.

We never got a chance to find out. When we arrived at the hotel, I received a message saying our room was no longer available. This after a long day of cycling as we are cycling through Europe. We were asked if we wanted a room at their other hotel on Hautplatz. We get there and the codes didn’t work. We finally got in the building and our room, about 2 hours after our arrival. The room was fine but very, very noisy at night from the street below. I think it was 2:00 am before I got to sleep. Closed the windows to shut out the noise and then could t find any AC.

The shower was clogged so I couldn’t take a shower while staying. When I called they say they can send someone in the morning and no one came. further before my check in someone tried to enter my room

Great location, easy online check-in & check-out, the apartment is so nice, modern and comfortable in quiet neighborhood, free parking nearby from 6pm to 6am. The owners respond quickly and provide the information you need, we'd definitely like to come back.

We have just stayed for a short time, everything was just as it should be. We should stay longer next time.

they say i would feel like home in their apartment. well i felt like home and it was a nice home clean and easy to check in. everything you need is near the apartment the city center the shops the restaurants check out the golden lam restaurant it’s beautiful and it’s just 1 minutes of walking from the apartment

Superb

The room was very nice and cosy, the bathroom spacious with great shower and the location convenient for exploring Villach. There is a parking garage nearby if you are arriving by car.

About an hour before the checkout time the cleaning lady started knocking on the door repeatedly and tried to enter which was very uncomfortable as there is no way to actually lock the door from the inside (the door opens with a code which we assume the cleaning lady also has).

is not what they say it is, no confort expensive at this noting to say about no internet and many other like all of what they say and smells like smoking all day room, cant sleep of how bad it smells...

didnt like check out if we extend they period, still have to waith 4 hours outside like till you get codes acces smelly room like they all smoke inside !

we parked on the streets for a few per the directions and we still got a ticket, lime house refused to pay the ticket for us. when asked how to pay it, they said go to a local police station. we finally found one and the police station said we had to pay it online
