Nice central affordable hotel

The location is excellent. Smooth self check-in. We had an issue and it was resolved fast.

It's a little bit rough around the edges. Old towels (see picture)

Extremely easy to check in, super central and efficient, loved the concept. Rooms pretty normal and cosy

Price VS location was great. There was also parking and a convinient way to check in 24/7 at a machine

Fungus in the bathroom, shower was not cleaned (i found the dried drops of water on the shower wall) the noise from everywhere - the street, the hall (when people are checking out, you hear them close the door like they are in your room), bed was comfortable

That I stayed on the groundfloor and I could not open the windows because in front of them was a bar ... And the bed linen were also not as clean as expected. I found hair on them ...

Central location in the middle of Villach, less than 2 minutes from the shopping street. Building well signposted from the outside. Friendly receptionist. Small room with private bathroom and comfortable mattresses.

Room in the third floor without elevator. check-in seemed a bit disorganized, receptionist seemed like he would leave quickly, had backpack already hung around, but still friendly. Reception hidden in a small hollow under the stairs

Clean and spacious. We had a triple room for 2. AC. Close to downtown walking area, very convenient. Nice bathroom and shower area. River view.

No breakfast offered but had a coffee and snack area.

From the outside it doesnt impress. The inside is modern and clean. I was warmly greeted by the lady working the desk. My room was small yet comfortable. Even with the few negatives i enjoyed my stay and consider this a good value.

There is no breakfast and the desk is not staffed 24 hrs.

Shower room was ok.

Room facing very busy street. There are several stinky rubbish containers right bellow the hotel rooms window. We forgot a computer charger in the room, sent an email to the hotel. They even did not reply.
