Clean and warm, simply furnished room. Towels and soap provided in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Wifi was also good. Excellent value for money. The hostel is around a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and 15 to the railway station. (There seem very few buses serving this area.)

Prepayment was not needed. Clean. Free parking place. Good breakfast, already at 7 am. Reception with receptionist :-)

The beds are not the most comfortable. No hot water - the warmest water was around 30 Celsius degree.

A pleasant short stay

Very large and comfortable room for a youth hostel. The lady at the reception was very friendly. As I mentionned a late arrival, she phoned me 45 minutes before my expected arrival to make sure I shall arrive before 10 PM and she waits for me. In the morning the attendant of the kitchen allow me to get my breakfast half an hour before the official open time, because I had to catch an early train

Good value for money and a very good buffet breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and we were given keys to a locked cupbard. Good parking space and plenty of shops in the village.

No lift to the building and it was a bit difficult for us to go up and down to the second floor, particularly upon arrival and departure carrying our luggage.

This hostel is really nice, I had a double room with very clean and nice toilet and shower. The bed was comfortable and there was a nice temperature. The ladies at reception were very nice and they let me leave my backpack in their office for free before the check in time. Breakfast was good.

It's not the hostel's fault of course but transportation in Villach is really bad and I had to walk from the train station which is about 2km. Not very fun when you have a very heavy backpack!
