Terrible mattreses

Location

The extra bed is in terrible condition. It has sagged so much that it was impossible to sleep on it. The mattress in the bedroom is also sagging and awful to sleep on. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. A very bad experience.

Comfortable. clean and functional, but an impersonal room where the church bells and clock intrude.

The flat was within easy walking distance of the train station. The flat is part of an ancient building and has extremely thick walls. This meant that it was cool without the use of air-conditioning or a fan, despite 28 degree heat outside. We liked the table, at which it was possible to sit and eat breakfast, or to work on a laptop. The kitchen area was well equipped, even including a toaster. The bathroom was v good, with a nice hot shower. The bed was very comfortable.

Even with the windows shut, the church bells are loud and frequent as the church is situated just across the street. The town appeared to be quiet at night, even on a Saturday (towards the end of September - possibly different in summer) but the street cleaners start early on Monday mornings and rival the church bells for noise. Possibly less of a problem when the weather is cooler, and the windows can be shut. It was a pity that there wasn't a sofa to sit on. There would have been room, with a bit of rearrangement of the furniture.

Good view at the church and city center. Room was spacious for two people. It was equipped with all the necessities. Self check in went smoothly. You need to scan your id via link that will be send to you. Also there is a good online guide that will tell you how to find an apartment.

Parking was difficult because I overlooked that you are actually required to reserve parking spot in advance. However we stayed only for one night. So we parked free on the street (free parking from 18-08) The bell from the church was actually pretty loud and it woke us up.

Getting into the apartments through self check in was a bit confusing. We arrived late in the evening and the instructions for parking and check in were not very clear. We could reach the management in munich on the phone and they helped up with the check in.

Perfect location, nice place to stay

Well-equipped, pleasant apartment with a view of a square in Villach. Comfortable bed, cleanliness, coffee and tea making facilities.

Compared to the size of the room, the TV is unrealistically large, which also makes movement difficult.

Perfect little apartment for our short stay in Villach

This little apartment was such a great find. Exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The contactless check-in system worked perfectly and we had no issues at all. Plus it was nice to see that they had already made up the sofa-bed for us with towels all neatly laid out and everything since we had said we would be 3 guests.

Pleasant appartement for family

Very pleasant appartement with everything we needed for our stay. Calm and quite most of the time. Great location in the heart of Villach.

Only thing we did not like was the noise outside in the early mornings from garbage and cleaning vehicles.

Perfect location clean with a daily early churchbell wake up call.

Location right in downtown. Had small kitchen, washer, ironing etc. Very comfy and clean apartment 111. Parking nearby.

In summer no aircon means open windows. 5:35am the city cleaning crew will wake you up and at 7am the church clock bells will put a final punch in your sleep. At least you can enjoy a long day. In bathroom there is no space for toiletries, this needs some shelving. We never received an access pin code for getting into postgasse3. 1133 magic nr and turn knob right. Luckily someone showed us behind us.

Modern, clean, affordable.

This is a very nice appartement in the city centre of Villach. Everything looked new, it was clean and well-equipped. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The check-in is fully online/digital with no staff onsite so it's no problem to arrive late.

We were a little confused about how to reach the parking lot and where to enter the building. For this it's important to read all the communications they send you

the information about arrival/entrance and parking were quite confusing. we had no idea the entrance code to the building was the same one for the drive-in gate as well. upon online check-in, the info came that parking is not available and they cannot guarantee it. but when we arrived the private spots were there and two of them were empty. this could use some management

Clean apartmetn

The accommodation is falsely advertising stuff about free parking being nearby. After the cancellation period passes, they will contact you to say that there is only 5 parking spaces for 8 apartments (in reality over 12 apartments) within the building and otherwise you have to go and park in a paid parking lot thats over 1 kilometer away. We have specifically booked this accommodation as we needed our car to be nearby and safe from the street, well you can imagine our frustration when we arrived to indeed 5 full parking spaces. Please beware if you are intending to book with this "limehome" company, as they are uncooperative and refuse to compensate in any sense. Unfortunately this was last stay of our 2 week roadtrip and left a bitter taste for us. You should know that this is a company that operates hundreds of apartments in german speaking countries remotely, so there will be noone on hand to assist you or direct you elsewhere, you are stuck in this, with information that you cannot trust. This has been escalated to booking.com who as well refuse to do anything and judge the parking information as accurate, as it seems that 1.1km walk in 4C at 9pm is "nearby".

The location was fine. The view looked onto the church square which is very nice. The pastry shop next door was terrific. The room was nice and clean.

This was a commercial space converted to rooms. Upon entering you are greeted by scuffed, dirty walls. As you proceed the walls become chipped and dirtier. Upon reaching the stairway you are greeted by a chain link fence - like a warehouse. No elevator. The rooms are located on the second floor which needs as much maintenance as the first floor. You can be a bit more respectful of your guests and keep the property in better condition.
