Tactic place to visit a cozy Villach city, with parking included

Nice early morning breakfast, room was extremely clean, premise inside was very cozy and 'welcomy'. Entrance to the main building possible out of reception times with a code given upon check-in.

Honestly everything would have been fantastic, except that our arrival has been welcomed not with much joy. There was an old lady, who apparently seemed to be pretty upset by our 'late' arrival, although everything was confirmed properly beforehand via Booking messages, which are all recorded. I do not know why nor will I ever know probably, but that conversation was going to a point which I then decided just to let her 'spit it all out', no willing to insult here of course, and say goodbye and good night. Apart from that little nuisance, all the rest was tremendously good and pleasant.

Well-located, upscale hotel

Very well-located and well-appointed hotel. Staff were friendly, professional and attentive, allowing us to check out late and use the atelier co-working space after doing so. Food in the Asian restaurant was good.

Better lighting in the restaurant, some milk in the room for the espresso. But these are minor quibbles and the hotel is a great addition to central Hamburg.

Great atmosphere, clean, safe.

The location was great-- a short walk from the Westbahnhof and there were cute shops right outside the hotel. All amenities in the room were great.

I woke up a little before 8AM and I heard someone already knocking down the hallway for housekeeping! Seemed way too early for me. After that I kept the DND door sign on.

On the Alpe Adria cycle route. Secure parking for bikes. Large apartment with air conditioning. Nice breakfast apart from lack of vegan milk.

Conveniently placed.

Great location just a block away from the old town, the room was OK for one person but rather small for a couple, good breakfast, some parking spaces reserved by the hotel on site. There's a good restaurant downstairs.

Hotel is located near city center. Huge benefit is free parking near hotel. Great connection for skiing on Gerlitzen Alpe.

AMAZING APARTMENT!

The apartment was huge and so even though there were 4 of us there was so much space. The staff were all so nice. Amazing location with parking right outside! The breakfast was really decent too. Good selection.

It's nothing that can be fixed but in the apartment there's only one toilet so I'd remember that when there are more than 4 people booking to stay.

It was a stop on our way to Vienna, with a small detour to see the Macau. Good proximity to downtown.

Finding the parking lot was difficult. We also had issues finding the front desk.

handy hotel in the centre of a beautiful city

handy for an overnight stay between trains. easy self checkin and pleasant welcome in the morning. beautiful city that we’d love to visit properly for a few days.

a little difficult at night to find the entrance from the Main Street

Great location and Breakfast but there are orher options

The Reception checking in took a long time and in my opinion very inflexible and made no allowance that people had travelled a long time and where tired. In short a "Jobsworth"
