This is a natural, harmonic place ideal for active or relaxing holiday.

The landscape was fantastic. The motel is in the nature. Ideal place for different activities for families, friends and groups. The furniture and rooms are natural as well. Tourist house, not luxury hotel, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Our landlord was very kind and helpful. It was nice and pleasant to visit this place.

Once is enough.

This lodge was good for a one night stay while we.passed through. Unfortunately when we arrived the one window in the room was open and we had at least.20 mosquitos in the room. One would think screens on windows in this area would be a must. The room was adequate for our needs, but not really clean, with a very small bathroom The couple operating the hotel obviously is working hard to manage the operation. As mentioned, good for.thw one night, but not a place.we will use again. The location though is beautiful.

Very friendly staff. Good location. 20 min by foot to the beach by the lake, for which you can get free card at the check-in (that was a nice bonus). All necessary equipment in the kitchen. Great view through the balcony. Really great value for money.

Cute family runned accommodation with mountain view. We stayed for 1 night in our way from Italy but the area looks really good and we plan to come back for longer.

Disappointing

location

The room was cleaned very superficially. The toilet and shower were full of hair from previous guests. The same thing happened in the next room where my colleague was staying. The room does not provide passive ventilation, as a result stuffy, bed linen is damp.

Great place for great price

The owners are a young couple who renovate the whole object with thier hands. I need to admit the rooms are clear, breakfast tasty and personel real kind and helpfull. I recommend to stay here and see the beautiful views on the Montains. From lodge the restaurants, shops are very close.

We were travelling from BW Germany to Croatia so it was a good overnight between. The location is great, the staff and breakfast too. Beds are comfy, but we used our home pillows. (we always travel with our pillows) Parking is available.

The host was very very helpful and welcoming. We arrived very late in the evening and she had left us a message on the door with clear instructions in English about how to get into our rooms. She was also very easy to reach and communicate with prior to our arrival. The rooms are recently renovated and very cozy with a modern design. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was nice, with a beautiful view of the mountain. Probably because we were almost the only guests, breakfast was quite limited. However, we liked it and it was enough to get us going. The area around the Lodge is beautiful - easy to reach by car, but in a beautiful foresty area with a lovely hike trail starting right outside the door. A beautiful place with lovely owners! Wishing them all the best!

The bathroom is a little small and would probably need renovating. As mentioned previously, more varied breakfast would be better. However, this did not bother us as we only stayed one night. Overall, we liked the place very much.

Besides the breakfast no food available. Just one restaurant in the village, a very good Italian Pizzeria with delicious Italian cuisine, but one would expect a local restaurant with Wiener schnitzel in Austria... Maybe in summer it is more lively, but in the beginning of March - no no no...

The location is too far from train station,and you have to walk on the slope.It’s good hostel,but it’s suitable for driving guest. The description of the location of the room is unclear,maybe drawing is better.

Nice stay for winter holidays

Very pleasant stay at a nice location. Lake is near, Villach town is only a few minutes by car, and we came for skiing which is also convenient (maybe 10 minutes by car to the main gondola). Breakfast is delicious and various, staff super friendly, helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for everyone, very calming area, and a big plus for the view of mountains and forest!
