A clean and comfortable stay with excellent support from the staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Plus. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the self check-in was very convenient. Another advantage is that there’s a pizzeria in the same building and street parking right outside. It’s also easy to reach the city center by bus, with a stop nearby. Most importantly, we want to highlight the administrator Valentina. Our car broke down, and after check-out she kindly took care of our belongings and offered us to wait for the tow truck in the pizzeria downstairs. This allowed us to work calmly and avoid unnecessary stress. Many thanks for her attention and care!

The location is quite from villach city center and not so easy to reach unless if you have a car. E.g no buses were available after 5/6pm and you need to walk through some very busy (without sidewalks) roads

We woke up because of loudly talking children at 6:00 am in an adjoining apartment. Also, next to a busy road, so don't open the windows at night if you cannot stand noise.

The host was very kind! The room was comfortable and very clean! Moreover there is a good pizzeria/restaurant next to the structure!

Unfortunately there was a bad smell that probably came from the wc pipes. During our stay we closed the bathroom door to solve the problem.
