Great price performance.

Very friendly staff, great location, free parking, renovated and clean rooms, pet friendly. Short walk from the city, 20min walk to Lake Jasna. They also have a game room and spa options.

It was a very modern type ski hotel right close to the center of the Kranska Gora business street with restaurants and shops - all within easy walking distance. The provided breakfast was over the top with a myriad of food choices. Would highly recommend

The location is great, and the hotel itself is comfortable enough. The bar and dining staff were all excellent and friendly, as were the housekeeping staff.

This was our second stay in the hotel, but we won't be returning. As compared to the first time, the experience has declined notably, while prices increased. The beds weren't made, and we had to put the sheets on the duvets ourselves. The TV remote had to be obtained from reception, and while they complained about prior guests not being able to use a remote, the remote itself was a total joke. Not a big deal for us, but it rubbed us all the wrong way that they blamed prior guests like that.

It is a good value for money option, we enjoyed our stay, and probably we will return.

The location was perfect, everything in walkimg distance. The hotel is clean and very cosy, nicely renovated. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast is nothing special, even a bit boring, but still ok.

Good experience for basic stay with kids/family.

Checkin was well. Staff was helpful. Room size was big and bed arrangement was very good with separate bunk bed for the kids.

Breakfast was disappointing for Vegetarian and Vegan people. Very limited choices. Wifi was disconnecting very often.

Just some friendly suggestions

We like the hotel and stay there from time to time. It is right next to the slopes and has a nice view on the town Centre.It is slightly cheaper than the other surrounding hotels. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In my opinion the hotel is more for younger population, the floors in the rooms are in tiles and you cannot go barefoot,specially in wintertime (at least older population). Cleaning lady comes on request and breakfast is from 7.30-9.00 o’clock which is a way too early for my taste. The elevator was not working twice during our stay. No mini bar in the rooms,and no cattle to make a warm drink. Does it cost all that much? If guests are few,close the hotel and direct guests in other working facility (many hotels were closed during our stay).

Exceptionally good breakfast with lots of choice and quality ingredients.. Good location with a view and easy access to the centre.

Two single beds pushed together is not the same as a double bed. Shower doors and the toilet flush need maintenance. Low water pressure in the shower. Low quality toilet roll considering the price of the room.

Joyful

We had a very late check-in (11.pm) but the receptionist welcomed us, and helped us with the luggage. The breakfast is amazing and very diverse! We chatted with the staff in Serbian and had a lot of fun. We only stayed for one night and the other receptionist even let us use the parking the next day for as long as we wanted.

Very little bad to say. Maybe a remark that there is no elevator for the outer unit and no chairs and table for the small terrace.

The view from the room was amazing! The room was large and had been updated. Good bathroom. Close to the centre. Good breakfast. The staff (lady with short blonde hair and glasses) amazing!

Our room did smell of smoke. And there was road works stopping us from getting there but the receptionist was amazing and helped move our car though a very small gap so we could arrive.

Amazing place but rubbish hotel

Claustrophobic room with small window. Room was really hot, no air conditioning. Leaking shower. Really uncomfy pillows. The gym was a joke. One really slow elewator. No kettle in the room. Massive hole in the middle of the bed made a massive pain in my boyfriend shoulder!

A pleasant stay and warm reception.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the receptionists very welcoming and helpful. At breakfast we had plenty of choice (buffet).

We didn't really enjoy the food served at breakfast, but maybe because our tastebuds had been amazed at a previous accommodation.

Comfortable and Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff, Varied Breakfast, but Poor Isolation of some rooms

Well-equipped, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very kind and courteous. Breakfast with plenty of choice

First room we had was very badly isolated due to a door need the bed that led directly to the room beside. We could nearly hear everything from the room beside. All-you-can-eat dinner is varied but very simple. One should not expect too much from it.
