    I was impressed by the formal clothes of receptionists. The breakfast is really nice. I have eggplants, green peppers. The only issue is the wifi, it was a bit weak in the room

    The free and easy parking was nice but I think I may have preferred to be at the bottom of the hill. I don't really know.

    The hotel itself was very nice and the location was great. The facilities were also really nice and breakfast was really aamazing. I would have really enjoyed my stay except I was awaken at 4:30 with itchiness and found a bedbug crawling on the duvet. It was full of blood when I killed it and I had very bad allergic reaction to the bites. Even with all the evidence the hotel tried to claim that I may have brought the bedbug and did not change the room nor give my a refund. I had all my stuff on the desk and was sleeping only on my underwear so it could not have been me. They said I have to resolve it with the booking site and the booking site said the hotel has to release the money. When i emailed them nobody responded. Terrible management response...
