Other than being baffled by how the locking system worked on our room door, our stay was excellent.
The location of the hotel is BRILLIANT. Breakfast is included and was very reasonable in the selection available (I'm not a breakfast person unfortunately but my husband is and he was very happy with what was on offer). The staff were all FANTASTIC (from the people at reception, to those serving us at the salon during breakfast, to the lady who serviced our room every day. I will say again, the staff were nothing short of FANTASTIC. Having such a great bar and restaurant in the hotel was fantastic as well - as were the staff.
The only things that weren't great (a) we couldn't use the safe to store our valuables - the safe is a lock and key but there was no key provided to lock the safe and (b) the door to the room kept opening when we thought we had closed and locked the door when we went out.

Stop off on Alpe Adria cycleway.
Great location on Alpe Adria Cycleway. We were shown where to store our bicycle. Room was comfortable with nice balcony with view on main street.
Breakfast was disapointing. Worst coffee of my holiday. They had coffee machines - that did not work properley. I think it would have been better just to offer filter coffee.

It is clean and brekfast was good
Showers and bathroom sholud improve,little bit of leaking as well. Night club is next to hotel and music was loud untill late at night so we could't sleep. And cofee is usually in the room included in other hotels i stayed..wi-fi also too weak

Good location in the city center
The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance from all restaurants, shops etc., 2 min drive from the closest parking space for the slopes. The room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, and stuff was friendly. The selection of food for the breakfast was good.

A pleasant and clean hotel in a great location
The hotel exceeded my expectations because the rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, tasty and varied (maybe you could add some vegetables, olives...). Additional pleasure to the stay in the hotel is provided by extremely polite and friendly hotel staff. The location of the hotel is excellent.
You have to be a little lucky for parking on the street, but that is not the domain of the hotel. In the hotel, it would be good to organize one room as a ski-depot, so that the ski boots can dry well overnight.

the kindness of the lady at the reception. it was impossible to find a parking, and she let me use for the night the place only used for offloading. All staff was really kind, anyway.
