Great staff, friendly. Room was clean and good value.

The top floor annex means your window and door open onto a shared corridor so you don't have fresh air circulating. Wasn't a deal breaker as it is winter and the heating was great.

Good for ski trip

Cosy atmosphere.

Reception lady was very rude and not wellcoming. She does not speak english well, so there were some misunderstandings about booking and payment. You can book fhe hotel but payment is managed differently.

Perfect winter family holiday

We stayed in apartment which has a separate entrance from the hotel, so we have not used any hotel facilities. The apartment was big and well equipped, warm and bright. The location in the centre is super convenient and there even was a parking space provided which was a great bonus. There were many events on the town square as it was Christmas time but everything got super quiet after 8 pm so we had excellent sleep. We also ordered some pizza from the hotel restaurant and it was very good.

Some kitchen and bathroom utilities are bit worn out, but that did not diminish the quality of our stay. In one room the sound insulation was really thin, we could hear the neighbours from the apartment above as they were talking in normal voice but it got really quiet after 10 pm.

We arrived at the train station at 8pm It was dark no taxis or buses or means of getting to the hotel approx 5k away We rang the hotel they weren’t helpful at all saying one taxi in town and was not available no offer of help or advice to get to the hotel Couldn’t care less if we got there or not Managed to get there eventually with no help from the staff I would not recommend the hotel or the staff Shocking way to treat customers

Great location, comfortable and clean rooms but be careful with the staff and your account balance

The room and bathroom were large, clean, and well-equipped. The view from the windows of the mountains was breathtaking.

The staff at both reception and breakfast need a lesson in courtesy. The dining room itself was chaotically organized, leaving guests scrambling around looking for items. The descriptions on the coffee machine are only in Italian. Furthermore, payment for the stay was charged twice: once upon check-in and again at midnight via Booking.com – this is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when trying to resolve the issue, the reception only responded to emails in Italian without any willing to help me find the reason. Eventually, my bank found the reason, accepted the complaint and refunded my funds.

Generally a nice hotel for a stopover

I liked the location to town very central and it had a restaurant and parking for bikes and motorcycles nearby price was ok Becuase it included breakfast . Very nice lady helping with breakfast .

Some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier maybe but the worst thing was the attic rooms for me tiny windows very claustrophobic , banging my head on the low roof and the shower cubicle was very small and dated this rooms could have been cheaper Becuase of this .Probably only could stay longer here in a room with views or a balcony .

Welcoming atmosphere and nice people!

A charming hotel, with a delicious breakfast. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was great, too! We are traveling on bikes and they were really nice and accommodating, with a good place to store the bikes. Looking forward to staying again!

Great stay near the main square

The location of this hotel is great and allowed us to enjoy our stay in Tarvisio. Additionally we liked the pizza we ordered in the hotels restaurant

The position is very good, breakfast was good as well.

The lady on the reception was not very polite, the walls between rooms are so thin that you can hear everything from the room next door, there was a guy that was snoring so loud that we could not sleep for entire stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice. The restaurant had very good food.

The breakfast did not have a lot of healthy options. It was mostely cake, croissants and other sweets.

The worst hotel staying of my life.

Almost nothing.

Extremely rude staff, we even saw a waitress smoking inside. The arrogance of the owner was unique. Excessively dusty, overpriced and ancient rooms (I am slightly allergic and I did not sleep at all). Our room was at the second floor and despite the numerous luggage there was no lift and no help. There was a parking area but for only a few cars (for no more than 5), obviously was full and we had to pay for parking our car. Card payments are not accepted, unless you actively insist. Poor quality breakfast. The restaurant is not open for hotel guests only, so basically you risk not to have a reserved table. This made the service extremely slow. Questionable freshness of the food. The worst hotel staying of my life.
