Great staff, friendly. Room was clean and good value.
The top floor annex means your window and door open onto a shared corridor so you don't have fresh air circulating. Wasn't a deal breaker as it is winter and the heating was great.

Cosy atmosphere.
Reception lady was very rude and not wellcoming. She does not speak english well, so there were some misunderstandings about booking and payment. You can book fhe hotel but payment is managed differently.

Food was good
Staff not attentive
We arrived at the train station at 8pm
It was dark no taxis or buses or means of getting to the hotel approx 5k away
We rang the hotel they weren’t helpful at all saying one taxi in town and was not available no offer of help or advice to get to the hotel
Couldn’t care less if we got there or not
Managed to get there eventually with no help from the staff
I would not recommend the hotel or the staff
