We enjoyed a comfortable stay in the spacious room.

The breakfast selection is incredibly diverse and delicious, and the indoor pool on the first floor is perfect for relaxing.

Overall, I felt the facilities were starting to show their age a bit. Since there was no electric kettle provided, I borrowed one from the front desk.

Good value for money, the breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices, both healthy and traditional. The pool area is exceptional and clean. The massage at the Beauty Center was out-of-this-world. The whole wellness concept at this hotel is a huge plus.

The rooms in the three-star part of the hotel are a bit run-down. The bathrooms are good, though. The dinner buffet lacks vegetarian options.

Don't book this hotel, it is a scam and a school example of misleading online marketing

The only good thing we can write about this hotel is amazing nature arround its location.

We would give 0 if it is possible. This what you see online is not what you get. They say it is dog friendly hotel, but it is not. We couldn't enter the restaurant with our dog although we payed for dinner and breakfast. The staff told us that they "don't want hair in the restaurant", although we payed in advance a half-pansion. At the end we didn't want to leave the dog in the dark and run-down room and ate at some other close place where we were welcomed nicely with the dog. We booked the hotel cause they said they are dog friendly and have spa area, but didn't get nor even basic hospitality. The staff is condesecending and disrespectfull towards guest. We don't often write a bad critique and just expect to be treated with respect and professionally. Everything regarding this hotel is a scam and misleading. The photos should be taken down since they don't reflect actually the room and facilities you pay for. The photos that are on booking site are part of some other facilities, the staff called 'privat' and we couldn't even see them. This is not included in the hotel room we booked for. We needed to pay extra for some part of spa area althiugh we are guests of the hotel, while the hotel is promoting it as part of the accommodation. Even two cups of the tea in sauna we were charged for, beside overpriced facilities.

Nice, spacious rooms. Great swimming pool. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was perfect - the widest variety of food I've seen in continental breakfast offers.

Exceptional

We had a great time at Hotel Spik. The food was excellent (breakfast and dinner), the room was large and tidy. We were so lucky that we got a room with a view to the mountains which made our staying even more memorable. The location is great, bike routes are easy to access. Kranjska Gora is about 15 minutes by bike. The hotel even provides a lockable bicycle storage. We are very satisfied and would go back anytime! We highly recommend this hotel to people who love being close to nature.

The temperature of the water in the pool was low for us. Jakuzzi was always full as only it was warm enough. So we could hardly use the spa department.

The rooms urgently need refitting and are overpriced. The shower rooms on the campsite are much better… No airconditioning. Quality breakfast was not good, quantity no issue. Desk staff very friendly.

Breathtaking view from the pool, adequate service with kind staff.

We like the pool and the view from it. It was good that it wasn't too crowded. Good sauna facilities, too.

It seemed that they were short on staff, maybe this was due to low season or some other reason. But a bit more personnel wouldn't have hurt. For the same reason the pool bar wasn't really opened, which was a shame. Also the choice of food and drinks was limited for the pool. A cocktail and snack selection would have been nice.
