Great potential, unfortunate smell

Easy to walk to restaurants and grocery store. Cool views from window. Easy check in.

The room smelled terrible from the bathroom. Even after airing out the smell was awful. The sink leaked. We ended up leaving early and only staying one night due to the smell. We informed the staff and they were polite but did nothing to remedy the situation or reimburse.

Great for short stay

New and clean room for 6, walkable to downtown area - restaurants, grocery... On site parking. Friendly staff.

Third floor with all the luggage, one bed is very noisy, kitchen is almost non-existing and no kettle in the room for tea or coffee (there is a fridge in the room)

Fantastic room

I would 100% recommend this room. We had a room for three, shared between two of us. It was split into two rooms so we had privacy, the bathroom was really nice with a good shower, it was a really good location, the staff were helpful, the view was nice, and there was a huge fridge in the room too. There is also a shared balcony at the end of the corridor.

The location is very nice (Kranjska Gora worth to be visited). The bathroom is quite big, but not well maintained.

There are some strange solutions in the kitchen/living. Just as an example, there is a switch for the fridge, just beside the switch for the bathroom, we were not informed about is, just realized after a couple of hours the fridge is not working. The receptionist was not aware of this solution, but after a call, he solved it rapidly.

Good position in Kranjska Gora, nearby city center. Good wi-fi. Parking in the backyard - easy. Room was clean (however see cons). Fridge on the room.

Terrible smell of toilet or drain on the room - really lifting the stomach. Low ceiling (room under the roof) for beds on side. Little worn out sink faucet. No lamps by beds. Not worth the price.

Nice, quiet place, close to city center, where you can find restaurants and shops. There is also kitchen available at the property - can be used to prepare your own food, what was great. Staff was friendly. good value.

The location and also the facilities. The bedroom was nice and clean. The kitchen is a common area and it has an oven and 2 refrigerators.

The bathroom door was broken so it wouldn’t close unless we put a chair to hold it.

Host has been proactive,when couldn't find hair drier in the room she immediately found a solution. Really appreciated that.

There should be more hangers in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. Shower should be fixed since when working it splashes.

Exceptional

The staff was very nice and provided us with excellent service. The room was tidy and very comfortable. The view from the living room was beautiful and we will come here again. The kitchen is very well equipped - there's a fridge, a microwave, a stove and other kitchen appliances.

Unpleasent odour from the toilet (3. floor). You can hear everthing from apartmenet above. Very small apartment for three people.

room was with the small kitchen and everything what we needed for the dinner/breakfast to make, beds were comfortable, everything was clean

little cold even with the radiators on (cold through window), but it was managable
