What an amazing stay!

Everything was far above the expectations! The staff is amazing and the food was so good! My 5 years old boy had such a great time every evening after skiing in Kranjska Gora just 30 minutes by car from Alte Post. The staff is truly kind and friendly, the food Is just wow, our room was spacious and comfortable with and amazing view. Alte Post was far enough from the crowd, yet near to the ski school of my son since the idea was finding a hotel with a good food (the reviews are really true!) out of crowded Kranjska Gora so that my son could eventually even sleep while driving in the afternoon from Kranjska Gora back to the hotel. It seemed as a perfect solution since from the beginning and we had such a great time there! A huge thanks to the staff for being so wellcomeing and kind since we were treated as part of the family ❤️ Love from Istria

One Night, but We Would Have

My wife and I stayed one night as part of a circular drive from Venice to Slovenia, Austria and back to Venice. We arrived after lunch but before dinner, and Matteo was kind enough to arrange a Caprese Salad from the kitchen, since we'd missed lunch in our drive. Our second-floor room was spacious and spotless, and offered a spectacular panoramic mountain view. We ended the afternoon seated under a very large walnut tree behind the hotel, as did several locals who also got a table for beer and conversation. The hotel is a large old building that's in excellent condition, and it appears that it was recently remodeled with a distinctly mid-century vibe ... lots of nice wood grain, mid-century modern lines all complemented by excellent housekeeping.

A comfy and well appointed one night stay over

Had all the facilities available for a comfy one night stopover. Nice outdoor terraced area and food served was good.

As rooms aren’t airconditioned it was particular warm due to the unusual warm nights we are presently experiencing. Can’t be helped.

Excellent location in a small quiet village with beautiful surroundings. Excellent stopover when going to Croatia, Slovenië etc. Bikes can be safely stored and has its own restaurant. Good rooms with good beds and shower. Seemed like a great environment for cycling and hiking too.

Il paese è semplice la chiesa molto carina. Popolazione cortese.

Pulizia e camera MOLTO SPAZIOSA. Tv con NETFLIX e prime video.

Asssente frigo bar e servizi da bagno fin troppo essenziali. Temperatura eccezionalmente calda per essere comunque ad agosto. Letti con piumone e coperta.statue di arte africana nelle parti comuni assolutamente inadatte. Una aveva un pene enorme e salendo le scale impossibile non sbatterci addosso.
