Worst experience ever!

We liked the apartment and generally enjoyed our stay, even though there were some issues. There were no kitchen towels provided, and the cupboards in the corridor were full of rubbish with broken doors. We did not make a complaint about this at the time, as it did not significantly affect our stay. We were four people in an apartment for six, and we spent most of the day skiing and went out for dinner every evening, so the apartment was hardly used. Before check-out, we cleaned the apartment properly. After checking out, I received a very rude message from the host accusing us of leaving the apartment in bad condition because we did not take out the rubbish and because one or two white bathroom towels were slightly dirty. There were no bins or instructions provided on where to dispose of rubbish, so we left two small, neatly closed rubbish bags near the front door. As a woman who wears makeup, there were minor foundation marks on a towel, nothing unusual and certainly nothing that could not be removed by a normal wash on a whites cycle. Despite this, the host requested €100 in “damages” for a slightly dirty towel. The tone of the message and the unreasonable charge were extremely upsetting and unprofessional. This has been, by far, my worst experience with a host.

Beautiful apartment in the best location in Tarvisio!

We had a great time at the apartment. The location right in the center of Tarvisio is excellent and the apartment has everything you need. The owner of the apartment was super friendly and helpful and we even got a welcome drink. everything was easy to organize and we cannot recommend this place enough. The price was a little bit higher than other apartments but that was only due to the fact that the Giro d Italia was in Tarvisio (and we had the best view from our balcony).

Great flat in the center of Tarvisio

The apartment is near from all shops and restaurants. Everything is perfectly clean, the kitchen well furnished. We felt at home. Thank you!

Passable

We liked the location and the view from the balcony very much. We arrived a bit later than expected and the owner kindly waited for us.

We planned to spend two nights at the B&B but unfortunately the conditions were not as we expected so we left early next morning, without being able to reimburse the second night. Being an allergic person I immediately felt uncomfortable, maybe the carpet or other clothes, not sure. That added to the fact that we expected more measures for Covid given the fact that there was a shared spaces, what about a disinfectant spray in the bathroom, wearing masks? etc. The facilities in the room were not enough to be isolated either, missed a place to leave towels, a trash can and such, plus the noise coming from the bathroom of quite a number of people entering, one of them couching quite loudly, and the flush next to our heads.

Idéal pour un randonneur au long cours

Idéal pour un randonneur itinérant sans véhicule. Le logement est placé près du centre ville et des magasins pour ravitailler. Il est aussi équipé d'une machine à laver le linge pour repartir propre. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
