Location is great, they have small parking and good restaurant

Bathroom could use some deep cleaning

Very close to the Alpe Adria cycle route. Good breakfast with gluten free and vegan items. Lots of cyclists and secure place to lock up bikes.

It appears that the main business here is the restaurant. We ate there in the evening and it was fine. The hotel is clean and tidy with a few lovely touches and the room has modern windows to let in fresh air.

It was hot and there was no air conditioning, we were able to get a breeze by opening the windows but it was too noisy to keep them open overnight as the hotel is on a busy road. Once we closed the windows the room returned to its original 30 degrees. There is absolutely no check-in until 3 and had the restaurant staff didn't offer any advice about where to drop the bags and bikes until then, except that I went back into the restaurant to ask about that. Staff were more interested in serving the restaurant than to give two seconds to a new guest who is happy to wait. Check-in was a mess with everyone arriving at the same time and pushing in front to get a better room. Surely you can pay someone to attend the check-in desk from 14:00 so that the restaurant staff aren't being asked to multitask. Have a sign out the front directing you where to check-in. Don't leave cold, wet patrons standing around when you've obviously finished the lunch time rush. Take a note of when people arrive and serve them in order.

When I arrived, there was a problem with the water at the hotel and they moved me next door to the Hotel Nevada. It was a seamless solution and I enjoyed the Nevada quite a lot. Thank you for taking care of everything!

I, didnt stay at the hotel. I was trawelling for work, 2 rooms for 1 night, and accidantly made a reservation in the wrong city what I realised when I was already under way. Instead in Treviso I made a reservation in Hotel Haberl Tarvisio. Since I couldn change the reservation free of charge any more and I was charged the whole ammount through booking I asked the Hotel to change the dates for example for October to go in the mountains and I got the answer from the Hotel: "Sorry but NO" I newer experienced such rude hotel - guest relation.

We did the reservation last minute and in the end we stayed in another hotel that was just across the street (hotel Nevada) as this one was full. The reception lady was nice and the other hotel was perfect. We stayed for one night just as a stop on our trip, room was clean and comfy, breakfast was very good.
