This is a place for slow-life lovers that are OK with fit-out from seventies.

Excellent host. Good location close to the highway. Comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast.

Toilet / bathroom needs renovation. Kitchen and room set-up is depressing, especially one bedroom which is a 6 sqm cell without windows.

Quiet and relaxing break

This was our second stay in this beautiful apartment after 5 years break and we could only confirm the highest rating. Apartment is very comfortable, location is perfect for both a short break (location is close to the border with Italia and not far away from the highway) and longer stays. Area is surrounded by beautiful mountains and definitely there are a lot of hiking trails nearby. Breakfast was good

Charming stay with excellent breakfast

Excellent breakfast, kitchen space in the unit, good beds, ability to pay with a credit card. The location is beautiful, even though we were staying just for the night, we liked the surrounding area.

Maybe some upgrades to carpeting in the unit, the stairs were also creaky and could benefit from being repaired.

Great stop over on the way from Italy to Austria.

Great location that far off the freeway from Italy to Austria. A good breakfast included in the price of the room.

We booked with two adults and one child but they thought we didn’t need a bed for the child. They added one though on request.

Convenient Stopping Point before Slovenian Border

It is close to the Slovenian border (COVID!!!). It was clean and close to the highway. Really nice host. Good breakfast. Good value.

A bit older and the location does not have any restaurants in the area that were open in the evening.

Breakfast was excellent. Angie has been extremely helpful: since we had had a problem in finding a cycling path to Nötsch on the day of our arrival, she looked up for us and printed out the best available cycling route by which we could safely reach Arnoldstein, avoiding the main road.
