Holiday village on the hillside away from everything

The best thing is the sauna and spa area, which is in a separate house, was sparse and the service was of a high standard. The apartments were clean, basic kitchen equipment was provided.

The location of the houses is quite far from everything. The ski slopes, the lake and the nearby shops are inaccessible without a car. The apartments are not very big, and the facilities are not up to a home's standard. But the prices are quite high, and I had to pay 30 euros a day plus one person to stay there. I would have liked to stay 2 hours longer/check out later, but this was not possible even though many apartments were empty. The staff were not very nice about this.

Superb

Location was fantastic, with the nice view on the mountains. We obtained even bigger room than chosen which was fantastic. Also the equipment in the area (swimming pool, childrens playgrounds) was excelent.

Passable

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, surrounded by the nature, as well as the "concept" of hotel-village. Looking at the offers of the hotel, there is surely a lot for all guests to enjoy: plans for families and individuals to truly fill one's holiday wishes.

We were disappointed by the overall quality of the accomodation. The pictures visible on booking.com show a significantly better picture than reality. The accomodation was sub-standard for the price we paid. Looking at various accomodation options in the area, we were convinced we were booking an above-average solution, were very underwhelmed by what we received. The bathroom in particular was old and run-down. The entire apartment was poorly illuminated. The kitchen was not well-equipped. The pictures do not show an honest overview of the accomodation.

Lovely secluded village close to the main attractions in Carinthia. Green, awesome oldschool houses refurbished as apartments. Comfortable beds, quality linens, well equipped. Very good onsite restaurant (for a la carte meals, didn't have the half board), cool self service onsite shop. Swimming pools, small playground, no cars onsite, quite, really a kids' paradise. Plus the staff were always quick and lovely.

the rooms were smaller than what they seemed in the pictures. Also the bathrooms are a bit outdated and the rooms were not super clean (I had to mop the floor upon arrival - not ideal for a 4* facility). The playground is quite small for such a big complex so it was crazy crowded during dinner time.

Disappointing

The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by nature. The swimming pool was nice, clean with beatiful views. Everyday there was an interesting program for kids that could be useful in case of bad weather. Our room was also provided with baby cot and feeding chair as promised in mail communication.

The main problem was communication at the reception desk with mainly non-English speaking stuff. Our check-in was simply passing the key to us with no information at all. We missed info about luggage service as it was possible to park only ouside the village, meals, hiking and other hotel services (no coffee capsules provided as well). During check-out they tried to charge us several hundreds euro more than was announced.

Just wonderful, lost in the nature!

The location is fully immerged in the nature, very nice and very quiet. Just wonderful!! The level of cleaning is supreme, compliments to all the staff! We had a great coffee machine and a delicious kitchen angle, the transformable sofa/bed is incredibly comfortable, as well the beds of main double-bed.

Unfortunately the pillow weren't as comfortable as the bed...

Aufgrund der Lage in Ordnung, aber wirklich keine Weiterempfehlung weil man sich doch ein bisschen getäuscht fühlt

Schöne Lage oberhalb des Sees, die Tiere haben unseren Kindern gut gefallen und die prinzipielle Idee der Anlage ist schön, die Häuser sehen hübsch aus von außen.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht. Der hohe Preis suggeriert eine komfortable Unterkunft, was wir so nicht bestätigen können. Die Ferienwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer ist winzig und entspricht nicht der auf den Bildern dargestellten. Wir hatten für vier Personen gebucht und bei Ankunft war weder das bestellte Babybett da (es wurde nach unserer Beschwerde einfach zusammengeklappt vor unsere Tür gestellt) noch ein weiteres Bett vorbereitet. Das Bett soll man sich dann abends selbst beziehen damit man bis dahin das Sofa noch nutzen kann, so die Idee. Auch das für den Preis seltsam. Um gemeinsam draußen zu sitzen gibt es lediglich extrem ungemütliche, wackelige, kleine Bänke an Tischen, an denen kleinere Kinder unmöglich sitzen können. Diese stehen zudem in hohem Gras. Die Pool Anlage ist in Ordnung, auch hier aber eine irreführende Darstellung auf den offensichtlich stark bearbeiteten Bildern online. Das haben wir bei Check out auch angemerkt und gemerkt, dass man das bestimmt nicht zum ersten Mal hört.

Feriendorf mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Schönes Ambiente, viele Blumen, netter Dorfplatz. Zimmer zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem, oder gerade deswegen, mit viel Flair. Zimmer hatten wohlfühlcharakter, es war alles da! Betten waren bequem. Dorfladen sehr praktisch, Personal freundlich und bemüht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Ruth die mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und ihren tollen Freizeit Tipps den Besuch noch persönlicher gemacht hat.

Gibt nichts besonderes zu beanstanden.

Psí ráj s výhledem na hory a jezero

Vesnička má úžasnou atmosféru a její umístění, klid v okolí a jedinečný výhled na hory, nedaleké jezero kousek od bazénu za to stojí. Velmi oceňuji možnost si nakoupit čerstvé pečivo, domácí potraviny v bio kvalitě anebo něco k pití- včetně alkoholu v samoobslužném obchodu. Velice milý a ochotný personál a skvělá čistota. Ocenili jsme možnost výletů do okolí. Bonus je vyhřívaný bazén. Vesnička je velmi přátelská k psům a je to takový psí ráj.

Nelíbil se nám standard ložnice u apartmánů. Postel s palandou, ve stísněném prostoru a střešní okno, které nešlo efektivně zastínit. Záleží na umístění pokoje, ale ve chvíli kdy venku hrála hudba, tak to uvnitř naší ložnice bylo jak v reproduktoru. Snídaně v restauraci byla za poměrně vysokou cenu.
