Peaceful and quiet

It's a cozy family hotel in a quiet environment. We had a lake view from the terace, which was quite big and spacious. Beds were very comfortable with a big choice of different pillows - that was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of vegan and vegetarian options. We appreciated the possibility of using the hotel's ebikes - they have mountain bikes as well. The free public beach is really just a short walk from the hotel. Everybody was really kind and helpful - I really liked the owners parents who very kind and helpful and always smiling despite the fact that we couldn't speak German.

There was very little not to like about the hotel... Maybe the lack of air conditioning. During the day it was OK - the rooms were very cool and pleasant but we were quite hot at night - we opened all the windows which helped a little. Having a cod in the bedroom was probably a bit strange if you travel without kids but I'm sure they would put it away if we asked but it was funny.. 😀

No internet, in all facilities inside and outside, solution is to buy prepaid internet Sim card. It's don't possible to pay with cards only with cash.

Erholsame Tage in einer wunderbaren Unterkunft!

Der Faaker See ist immer eine Reise wert und wir waren schon oft dort, die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - wenige Gehminuten zum See mit dem tollen öffentlichen Badestrand und zu verschiedenen Lokalen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr, sehr nett, das Frühstück war extrem köstlich (selbstgemachtes Gebäck, herrlicher Frühstücksbrei!!) und der Nachmittagskaffee mit selbstgemachten Kuchen traumhaft köstlich - sehr angenehme Atmosphäre! Es waren für uns sehr erholsame Tage. Da es ja ein Bauernhof ist, gibt es eine Menge toller Tiere, besonders Kater Peter hatte es uns angetan :-) E-Bikes sind sehr günstig auszuleihen, normale Fahrräder völlig kostenlos.

Das einzig negative war, dass wir zu kurz dort waren ;-)

Hervorragendes Frühstück, für ernährungsbewusste Menschen! Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin sowie des Pesonals! Ruhig und OHNE ständige Musik, schon beim Frühstück. Traumlage mit freien Blick zum See
