Warm family owned hotel

Everything about this place is good, make sure to include breakfast to your stay, enjoy baths and also they give include your wörthersee card which gives daily access to public beach , and lots of discounts in region including free public transport.

I couldn’t notice any, maybe having a little minibar or refrigerator would be nice touch.

There Was No Elevator which was a shocking Surprise to us and we had to carry or get help by staff to carry our heavey bags Such a nice hotel shouldnt miss an elevatir at all , at least an elevator to lift goods or baggage not people

Great stay in the heart of Velden

Great location, in the heart of Velden, but still quiet enough. The room was large and very clean. Great breakfast selection, you can see that they have a butcher shop, fresh food and a good selection with focus on quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It might get hot in summer, but we had no issues in may.

Disappointed about the rooms

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly

the room was not cleaned properly, in the trash can were 3 empty beer cans and other trash upon our arrival, even though I told reception, nobody came to take the trash out. Horrible view on a a parking lot and walls, what does a balcony serve, if it looks on that? Carpet full of Spot all over!

Great Location

This Hotel is in a great location in Velden, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, car parking is a great bonus. All in all we spent 6 nights and it was a pleasure to stay. Thanks to everyone for a great stay.

Tolles familiäres Hotel zentral und trotzdem ruhig mit super Service und Frühstück.

Zum zweiten Mal auf der durchreise hier übernachtet. Unkomplizierter Check in bei später Anreise und wieder ein sensationelles Frühstück. Alles frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Serviert von Sarina, super freundlich und kein Problem auch wenn man 10 Uhr noch vom Buffet etwas nehmen will. Es wird erst abgeräumt wenn alle Gäste fertig sind. Und unser Hund ist ebenso im Hotel willkommen und bekam Leckereien :-). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in Velden

Großes Zimmer mitten in Velden, sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Hatten zuerst keinen Kühlschrank obwohl er laut Beschreibung vorhanden sein sollte. Der Kühlschrank wurde sofort nach Reklamation zur Verfügung gestellt.

Altes Zimmer… Bad war aber neu und schön. Türe zum Verbindungszimmer war zu. Wäre kein Problem - wenn jemand ans Telefon ginge oder die Rezeption besetzt wäre. Hatten es den ganzen Tag versucht - auch über der booking Messenger. Durch Umwege haben wir dann jemand erreicht, der kam und sie öffnete. Die Ungewissheit hätten wir uns sparen können, wenn jemand ans Telefon gegangen wäre…. Daher - eher schlechter Service.

Ein wirklicher schöner und erholsamer Kurzurlaub in Velden!

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.Velden ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und das Zentrum brummt.Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum;die interessantesten Lokale,Bars,Shops und das Casino sind keine 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Das Hotel hat einen rustikalen und familiären Flair,was eine angenehme Abwechslung zu dem sterilen Hochglanz-Einheitsbrei ist(ohne,dass das negativ gemeint ist). Im Frühstücksraum und im Service arbeiter eine Dame,die herzlicher und freundlicher nicht sein konnte.Ein wahrer Sonnenschein. Dieses Mal haben wir auch das Steakhaus des Hotels probiert;auch da hat es vom Vibe her Spaß gemacht und das Essen war gut. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt wieder großartig und die beiden Tage in Velden ein Traum.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.Selbst das Wetter,das niemand beeinflussen kann und für das niemand etwas kann hat sich,entgegen der Prognosen,von einer sehr guten Seite gezeigt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar! Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gemütlich mit einem großen Bad und Balkon. Jederzeit wieder :)

„Tolle Lage und freundliches Team, aber veraltete Ausstattung, schwaches Frühstück und kein 4-Sterne

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt in Velden und das Team ist sehr nett – man fühlt sich willkommen. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist kostenlos

Allerdings wirkt die Ausstattung sehr konservativ und entspricht nicht dem, was man von einem 4-Sterne-Haus erwartet. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, besonders, da das Hotel sogar eine eigene Metzgerei hat – hier hätte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und Auswahl erwartet. Keine Klimaanlage, langsames WLAN und keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer sind für mich klare Minuspunkte. Im ganzen Haus roch es permanent nach Küche, was störend war. Das Haus hat keinen Seezugang. 348 € pro Nacht ohne Frühstück ist für die gebotene Leistung viel zu teuer und unverhältnismäßig. Insgesamt sympathisch, aber kein 4-Sterne-Niveau.

Tichý hotel len pár krokov od rušného centra

Hotel je v centre obce, ale na tichej bočnej uličke, takže sa dalo spať aj s otvoreným oknom. Raňajky boli naozaj skvelé, obsluhovala nás veľmi milá pani. Synovi sa veľmi páčil self check-in. Izba bola upratovaná každý deň. Ocenili sme plážovú tašku s osuškami. Možnosť odložiť si bicykle v garáži.

Pohodlnosť rozťahovacej postele nebola taká, ako tej veľkej. Na izbe nebola klimatizácia ani chladnička, ale v obidvoch prípadoch bolo možné využiť náhradné spôsoby. Hotel nemá výťah, nám ale ani nechýbal.

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Suite. Parkplatz am Haus. Gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet, auch kleiner Garten dabei. Sehr freundliche, familiäre Betreuung und Bedienung. Kurzer Fußweg zum gepflegten Seebad.

Für ältere Menschen die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind weniger geeignet, da kein Lift. Für uns willkommener "Sport".
