Nice overnight stay en route to Italy.

For insomniacs and those with no musical taste. A shame.

As a conventional 4-star hotel it performs well; room was spacious and well kitted out. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was adequate apart from a noisy juicing machine which should be removed. Café/dining facilities were competitive.

In its wisdom the management have opened an American Bar/Disco which plays loud tuneless deep bass disco music until 2 a.m. The clientele is not the middle-aged middle-class clientele of the hotel but a younger edgy semi-feral group of punters. This makes life intolerable for guests; from older people through to younger couples with children as the music pounds through the hotel keeping everyone awake. We will not be going back there until this changes.

Great location, beautiful lake

We had a back room on the first floor is was nice and quiet. Room was modern, bed was comfortable. The location is in the center of everything.

The carpets in the lobby were very dirty The shower was laid out funny no place to hang towel when you get out of the shower wet and no place to really put a shower mat when you open the door.

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage ist hervorragend, die Zimmer sind groß, das Frühstück ist sehr gut

Das Zimmer ließ sich nicht richtig verdunkeln, weil die Vorhänge durchlässig sind. Das Display der Heizung leuchtet ständig und läßt sich nicht ausschalten.

Das Hotel liegt genau gegenüber vom Veranstaltungsort des Kongresses im Casino Velden.

Das Zimmer ist gut durchdacht konzipiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Bad hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden. Ei-Gerichte werden frisch gemacht. Die Benützung der Garage wurde uns gut erklärt.

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Zentral wohnen in sehr netter Atmosphäre

Ich und meine Mama fanden erstmal den Empfang sehr herzlich und natürlich. Und jeder Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war richtig freundlich. Auch das wenige Gepäck noch länger im Hotel zu lassen, war überhaupt kein Thema. Und als wir viel später zurück kamen, hat man uns gleich das Gepäck gebracht. Die Atmosphäre unter den Rezeptions Angestellten war , fand ich, sehr herzlich und kollegial. Das House Keeping und die Dame beim Frühstück, das sehr gut war, waren auch alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Zimmer mit 40 m2 sehr , sehr groß , hell und alles war sauber. Ob man Freund von weißen oder schwarzen ( Kunst) Leder Betten ist, ( habe ich nicht auf Echt Leder untersucht 😉😃), sei mal dahin gestellt. Es würde für mich persönlich auch nichts ändern, ob echt oder Kunstleder. Grell rotes Interieur, weiße oder schwarze Betten, etc ...ist und wird nie meins. Aber das Helle im Zimmer, vor allem auch durch super breite Glas Front mit komplett Bodentiefen Scheiben , war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Der Ausblick , vor allem aus dem Zimmer meiner Mum, super ! Unsere Zimmer waren im 2.Stock. Der Frühstücksbereich ( glaube recht neu ) war wirklich sehr schön, und zwar jeden Bereich betreffend. Angenehme Farben und Interieur bei sehr einladender Aufteilung der Tische mit Pflanzen und schönem Buffet. Gegessen haben wir zu wenig, um sehr viel über das Frühstück sagen zu können. Aber wir wurden sofort sehr freundlich nach diversen Eiergerichten und Getränken gefragt. Das anschließende Cafe wird sicher unser Café beim nächsten Velden Besuch. Für mich das schönste Café mit richtig Stil und Flair. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis für diese Nacht , inkl Frühstück, war nicht zu toppen, und bestimmt der Vorsaison und dem "unter der Woche Datum" geschuldet. In den sehr sauberen, riesigen Zimmern mit ganz viel Stauraum und allen Annehmlichkeiten, könnte man sogar wohnen, tanzen 😀 sowieso!
