We have been here only for 1 day, but the location is superb, parking is easy. Also you can charge your electric car, the staff can help you with that. The Hotel is almost next to the town, you can access it by walk or even with a Tier or some scooter. Receptionist and the staff were very helpfull and kind. The room was nice, and clean, with proper equipment. The pool and sauna also great. Breakfast has a lot of options, and wide variety of stuff. Gluten intolerance people can have a nice breakfast too. Dinner is from the menu, not swedish style so it will take more time to serve you. If you want to visit the town or do some walking after dinner it is good to start dinner early.

Bed mattresses was a little too soft for me.

great stay for a weekend at the lake and great beach club! unfriendly front desk, unable to accommodate guests requests

The location is perfect, very near the town and has a great beach club and sun terrace directly at the lake which is perfect for the summer. Very nice environment and very spacious hotel. The breakfast has lots of options, it’s very good and the staff at the breakfast and at the beach club and beach bar were super friendly and nice!

The receptionist at the front desk was very unfriendly, not welcoming and inflexible. We asked if it was possible to add a small extra bed in our room because there weren’t any other rooms available and she told us the room did not have space for an extra bed, which was not true. An extra bed could have been perfectly accommodated in the double room, but they have proved not to be willing to try to accommodate guests requests. At the same time, there was a private party at the hotel one night and they couldn’t offer any dinner options at the hotel for the guests.

We think it needs some rennovation, and we were booked at the Park side of the hotel not the Lake view.

It was very close to the town center and the Train station is also near! Breakfast was abundant! Friendly hotel staff!

The reception was hard to find, we actually entered the hotel at the rear entrance!

This is a very nice and well located hotel; the staff is very friendly and helpful. The Sol Beach bar and Restaurant are great and provide excellent access to swim.

It is in need of a little renovation in the rooms. You can see the years have past, but it's still very comfortable.

Nett aber veraltet

Die Lage ist gut und das Sonndeck ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt und benutzt. Nasse Wände in der Dusche und die Armaturen schon sehr mitgenommen und zerkratzt. Um den Preis könnte man sich etwas mehr erwarten.

Enttäuschend

Das Frühstück war toll, sehr große Auswahl. Die Lage vom Hotel ist schön und ein kurzer Spaziergang ins Zentrum.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fotos und Beschreibung mit dem See Zugang lassen täuschen. Es war genau eine Treppe in den Wörthersee neben dem Beachclub wo das Personal sehr unfreundlich war, wir bekamen nicht einmal Getränke da wir Badekleidung anhatten! Auf der Suche nach Getränken bei 30 Grad sind wir immer mehr enttäuscht worden. Es gibt auf der Super heißen Terrasse vom Hotel eine kleine Bar die aber schon um 17:30 Uhr schließt, was unverständlich ist im Sommer und an einem Urlaubsort! Wenn man nicht offensichtlich zur High Society gehört wird man nicht so toll behandelt! Aja und das Zimmer hat extrem nach Chlor gestunken, was nicht so erfreulich war bei dem Preis!

Starší hotel, potreboval by už rekonštrukciu,izba vždy čistá,upratana, balkón síce neupratany -plný popolník po predchádzajúcich hosťoch, uteráky nevymenene, ale inak ok, chýbala kanvica na kávu v izbách čo sme naučení na štandard, tiež veľmi chyba ventilácia na wc a kúpeľni.

Ausstattung der Suite spartanisch , keine Sessel im Wohnzimmer Viel zu weiche Matratze, es war auch nach Nachfrage nicht möglich in 14 Tagen eine härtere zu bekommen Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit hat nachgelassen , nur der Frühstückskoch ist noch vom alten Personalstamm da und ist serviceorientiert Suite Nr.124 direkt über dem Lieferanteneingang ! Jeden Morgen ab 06:30 Uhr Lieferverkehr ! LKW be und entladen , an Ausschlafen war nicht zu denken

2 Nächte - knapp €500 bezahlt und dann bekommt man ein Mitarbeiterzimmer… sehr sehr sehr kleines zimmer - komplett ungeputzt mit sehr viel lärm in der früh wenn die Lieferungen kamen

Erholsame Tage verbracht

Die Lage am See mit Sonnenterrasse und Seezugang. Der Wellnessbereich, das tolle Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Das Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, besonders hervorzuheben Lisa im Abendrestaurant.

Alte und nicht zeitgemässe Ausstattung. Etwa fehlende Nachtkästchen, im Bad keine Lüftung und Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. An den Fenstern lose weghängende Dichtungen. Ein Renovierung wäre längst angebracht!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Lage und Saunabereich, aber kleinen Schwächen beim Frühstück und der Ausstattung.

Mir hat besonders der direkte Seezugang gefallen. Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und der Saunabereich hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Der Föhn im Zimmer war leider sehr leistungsschwach. Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir eine größere Auswahl an süßen Speisen gewünscht. Außerdem wirkte der Indoorpool etwas lieblos gestaltet.

Ein Haus in den Jahren

ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, ein Haus das definitiv in die Jahre gekommen ist und sich keiner die Mühe macht auch Kleinigkeiten auszubessern, Terrassenbretter locker oder Verschraubungen stehen Zentimeter hoch in die Luft, Putz abgeschlagen, Treppe in den See ist schief etc. FH ist auf der Terrasse sehr schön und tolles Angebot, Wellnessbereich dürfte Neu sein - sehr schön. Der Rest ist wirklich dem Preis nicht angepasst - SCHADE

Die Lage war gut am Wörtersee

Das Frühstück war für uns gut es gab jedoch immer die gleiche Wurst und bei der Zubereitung von Kaffee musste man etwas Geduld haben. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr einfach aber Sauber und ein sehr freundliches Personal. Der Weg zum See ist wegen der Lage des Hotels auf dem Berg über einen langen Gang nicht einfach für Gehbehinderte.

Ausstattung Bad-WC-nur ein Spiegel. Nur ein kleiner Aufzug für das ganze Haus. Keine direkte Gastronomie im Hotel.

Wir kommen seit langer Zeit in das mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommene Hotel.Für uns ist es fast wie heim kommen.Das Personal heuer (2025) muss man EXTRA loben. SEEEEEHR freundlich und extrem engagiert.Frühstück ist wie immer TOP !!

Leider wird hier wenig bis gar nichts modernisiert. Die Zimmer haben teilweise nicht einmal eine Lüftung am WC.Am riesigen sehr schönen Hotel Areal verabsäumt man es, regelmässig zu reparieren und auszubessern. Es ist gepflegt, dennoch sind Stiegen locker,Holzdielen morsch und auf der Sonnenterrasse besteht aufgrund von laienhaft angebrachten Schrauben in den Holzdielen ständig Verletzungsgefahr.Der Aufzug zur Sonnenterrasse ist wie jedes Jahr nicht in Betrieb, seltsam. Die Gebühr für 1x laden Elektroauto pauschal ist mit 30.- wenig kundenfreundlich.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, wo einiges gemacht werden sollte zu Ortsüblichen Übernachtungspreisen.

Frühstück ist TOP, Zimmer sind sauber, Personal ist freundlich.

Ein Witz ist, dass die Hotelbar zu früh zusperrt. Die offizielle Sperrstunde ist 24Uhr (laut eigener Angabe). Da geht man von der Stadt zurück auf einen Absacker und um 22:30 ist die Bar zu. Das geht seit Jahren so. Auf der Sonnenterrasse ist die Hütte auch nicht immer offen, da kannst dir die Getränke entweder von der Sol Bar holen oder selber mitnehmen. Wir hatten jetzt seit 2 Jahren das selbe Zimmer und die kaputte Duschtüre in der Badewanne ist seit dem mit einem Duschvorhang provisorisch repariert. Da schwimmt beim Duschen das ganze Badezimmer. Der Wasserhahn ist so verkalkt, da bist komplett nass beim Hände waschen. In den Zimmern die wir in den letzten Jahren hatten gibt es kleine Lüftung am Klo, das ist echt bitter (ist ja nicht so als ob die Zimmer kostenlos wären). Es gibt auf Nachfrage keine kleinen Gabeln im Hotel, unser 2 Jähriger Enkel musste somit mit einer großen Gabel essen :( Auf der Sonnenterrasse stehen einige Schrauben aus dem Holzboden…

+ Top Frühstück, sehr reichhaltig, lies keine Wünsche offen. + Frühstück konnte man auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Wörthersee genießen + nur wenige Minuten zum Hoteleigenen Badeplatz/ Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und großem Indoor Pool durch den Hoteldurchgang + 15 Gehminuten zum Schloss Velden entlang des Seecorso + sehr ruhige Lage

- Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch eine klare Empfehlung
