Personal at reception was very nice, fast communication, helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and nicely furnished/equipped. Great breakfast.

Bed was a bit creaky. There was a dog whining in the next room for at least an hour in the morning. While it's not the hotels fault directly, it definitely took away from the whole experience..

Excellent location, the room was confy and nice, clean.

As a hotel guest, you cannot make a reservation to the hotel restaurant in the evening after 7pm, which is very strange. However some tables were reserved, so maybe there is a secret process to reserve :)

Great location, right in the middle of the centre; free access to a private beach 5 min away from the hotel; nice and spacious rooms.

Although they have a nice restaurant at the hotel, they told us we can't reserve a table for dinner. Considering it was high season, I find it quite weird for a hotel not to be able to prioritize their own guests first...

Modern Oasis in the middle of the town

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Excellent for an overnight stay or longer.

I used to stay here often before I bought a house in the area, so I knew what to expect. The single rooms are small but adequate with a small minibar. The breakfast choice is excellent. The staff greeted me like a returning friend though it is over a decade since I was last there. The location is superb, bang in the centre. I have said the neighbourhood was quiet because the weather was bad and there were few people about on my visit. Normally it is thrumming with life.

Car parking spaces are limited, but I was lucky.

It was a beautiful experience. Very clean, very well organized - the wellness is very clean, the restaurant was close with reasonable prices and food was good. The breakfast was really good. I will be happy to return.

Quiet room and decent size

The towels were too thin and no English channel on TV No fresh squeezed orange juice and too much salt on food

Location was great. They had a nice restaurant .

The single room was very small and single bed and not twin like in the site. After i talked to the reception, i changed to bigger single room with bigger bed. The ac even though worked , mad strange noises.

The breakfast had a rich choice of different foods. The room was quite big and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was not far from the hotel and it was not crowded. We also had a very good parking place for our car. The pizza and the fish in the restaurant were very tasty, we had dinners only there.

The pillows were very soft for our taste.

Location was very nice. Breakfast was ok, but surely not up to 4 star level. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but not very spacious considering the high price. Considering the hot climate, we did appreciate the aircon in the room.

Noisy environment until late night hours, could not sleep with open window. Very hot in the room with closed windows so had to use the aircon in the night. We were in better 4 star hotels in Austria. For this price, we would expect more.

Leider war unser Zimmer in der Nähe des Technikraumes, dadurch war immer ein dumpfes dröhnendes Geräusch zu hören.

Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Auswahl beim Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend, genügend Parkplätze stehe zur Verfügung Sehr freundliches Personal

Einzelzimmer sind etwas klein, vor allem das Badezimmer, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend
